I do have acidity issues. I’m trying intermittent fasting for the past one week. Instead of 16 hours, I did 12 hours for the first three days.I was ok with it. Slowly I’m increasing it to 14 hours. I’m doing fine.start with 12 hours.

Pls don't follow any intermittent fasting when u are suffering from acidity. Instead you can avoid over eating and go for walking.
