Thank you , Thank you so much....Intial I started with 12 hrs , later 14 hrs and now 16/8 intermittent fasting...My age 51 just 8 days has gone with 16/8... I'm damm sure to maintain consistency... Hi Ramya, I accept the food intake with your advice but don't you think this may differ from person to person, eating habits old days three times is a good way to maintain our body metabolism and mind to be balanced with our stress Breakfast, lunch and early dinner with including all the vitamins and minerals, doing proper exercise, walking, living life discipline way ..happiness is good lifestyle for overall maintain our body weight to live without much stress .
In the eating part lot of persons concentrating in the weightloss and putting, forcing them to do unwanted ily getting more stress and tension out of this..... Hungry makes the person more angry 😡
So people have a control mind ... don't force your mind ... respect your body and soul

Intermittent fasting is a big flop for me. I have a baby and he usually sleeps around 12 A.M and I tried to finish dinner before sunset. My weight loss lagged so much.

Try to have a eating window less than 10 hours.
I lost 15kg in 4months by fadt 16hour and eating 8 hours.
Sometimes I extend my fasting 20 if I am not hungry .I was 78 and I am 62.9
