im in europe, we use olive oil for italien cooking, sun flower normal, some special gravy sesame oil. olive oil fits best for italien food like pizza, pasta etc
Ladies, i understand you want to eat healthy, exercise and keep fit and look good. Everything is fine. But don't get fooled or get mislead that you are the same young woman with every passing year. There is your biological clock that keeps ticking and changes or lowers the functioning of your body. One such thing is your ability to produce high quality eggs. Or in other words after 25, your ability to produce baby starts degrading after 30 it starts to go down drastically and after 35 you need medical support to produce baby. Once you cross 40, it's really really complicated to product a baby and your eggs will dry up at any point making it impossiblw to produce a baby. So while you can follow all the advices to keep your body healthy, look good and so on. Never take advise from anybody who says you can have babies later afte 30, get married after 30 and so on. Your career can wait. Your job can wait. But your biological clock will never wait.
Not everyone wants to get married. Not everyone wants babies. Not everyone wants to give birth, so many good souls prefer adoptions too . Last week my friends sister gave birth at 42. Not everyone gives a dammmmmmmm about age.

I enjoyed the programme since I grew up in the urban .too much of English usage can be controlled.Take Dr.Pal and other doctors.they are highly qualified and living abroad still they reach people through Tamil. Of course this is not for general population and it is only people who grew up in urban.please consider because people like us travel widely and see Western and eastern side of life and mother tongue is better than English for general public.,
