I am 14 and i am a 36DD cup size. My breast makes me so insecure and i feel so sad every time i wear a dress or something tight. I always wished to have small breasts, so thank you so much for this video. I will let you know results after 30 days or 2 weeks. (Update: I am now a 34D cup size. Don’t forget to do this workout 2x everyday and to eat healthy. Eat in a calorie deficit)
Finally found someone who does the easiest exercises so slow and smooth and easy to understand. I started this last night and will continue doing daily. Years of sitting has done horrible things to my body.
I am 66 and thought there was no way to firm my upper body...Natasha has shown me the way! I could see a change in 2 weeks. My only adjustment to these is, I must do them standing due to back issues. They really work. Thank you Natasha!
Thank you for sharing these videos. I struggle keeping weight off due to hashimotos hypothyroidism. I have been gluten free for almost a year and it has helped with joint pain so I am able to focus on exercising more often.

Hi, mam I have started doing this exercise its been 2 weeks. Before performing my breast size is 38B To day when I checked its 36C. I'm so glad I can see the firmness slow reduction breast which became saggy after pregnancy
It really worked n yes it took less thn a month. Every morning 10mins of this exercise+ warm water + started chia seeds intake + diet control + cut sugar + only home cooked meals . My problem was broader shoulder with arms n breast size. I wasn't able to seen the difference but family & others noticed. Thankyou so much didi ❤❤

I feel immediate burn in my shoulders and I see the muscle movement in chest right below the collar bone. However my chest muscles aren't strong enough to feel the muscle strecth. Great workout, I am definitely challenging myself to stick to the breast reduction workout for 10 days.

Try to do excersizes that focus on the upper body. Wear a bra throughout the day.Take it off before going to bed.Drink a lot of water(3.5-4ltrs/day). Cut down on fats and carbs. All the best
