Solider boy at the final battle is the only time where he's at his prime. And he tanked butchers heat vision which is only slightly weaker than home landers.

Actually, Homelander at the time was emotionally broken and he just avoided his fights with everyone he wasn't angry or range mood at all. Homelander won pretty much 10/10 times with His flight power if Solier Boy wants to take him down then he should be above Homelander in every physical stats but Homelander is much more Superior in every aspects may be except Durability but that is near equal
Not really a debate, in their first interaction he absolutely stomped soldier boy, even when it was a 2v1 he knocked him down for a good while, then was about to kill Butcher. It took Hughie chiming in and all 3 of them just to pin him down, and he fled because for the first time he was actually scared of taking hits, when all we see in the end is a bruise. A massive accomplishment, yes, but it''s clear Soldier Boy isn't on par with him. Maeve is likely a better example, while Homelander is holding back, her individual hits do much more damage than Soldier Boy's could. Either way I doubt even both of them would stand a chance at taking him down.
Homelander is stronger than all the other supes because he was written that way. SB is close but not equal to him. This is made very clear in their fight. Also SBs nuke blast wont work on Homelander. And I am 100% sure of this.

@@Lumantrixsorry for vague pronouns. i was saying if soldier boy jumps he just gets laser'd because he can't dodge mid air. he'd be extremely vulnerable while he's falling back down. on the ground he's fast enough to react to and block the lasers, but he can't outright dodge them. also homie has no reason to come down.
I would say soldier boy wins if it wasn't the first time since he would know what to expect, homelander = slightly stronger than soldier boy soldier boy = more durable than homelander soldier boy has more skill tho ultimately i give it to soldier boy extreme diff
