The grilled pork is my favorite. Pad Thai was not the first food I ate in Thailand, it was grilled pork. Som Tum is the best. Fell in love with it the first time I tried it.

We have four region, so that is four world class Thai cuisine right from North, South, East, and Central regions.
Pattaya is mostly in the eastern part of Thailand, their chili are much spicy than my hometown, Bangkok lol.
Come to Thailand again there's more flavor awaits your return. God bless you!

Mate I'm half German and Thai, I once said pls give me this menu but not spicy...it was too spicy and that happend a lot like they couldn't understand "no spice"

It's actually Jang Lon (แจงลอน) at 11.00 . There's no coconut meat in Tod Mun. I think you can only find these in Eastern provinces too.
Though there is something similar in the south which is grilled Tod Mun called Tod Mun Yang or Tod Man Jub Mai. This dish is not well-known it's even hard to find in my home town Rayong (one of the provinces that Jang Lon originated) Great video anyway!
