    I would be happy to buy one if I could afford it, but unfortunately truck prices have gotten out of my reach. I prefer to drive older and put my money to work making me more money then to watch it dis-appear in thin air. It looks like they did a pretty good job with it. Ive got a 5th Gen and i do like what theyve done, for now. We'll have to wait and see if these 4cyl turbo engines are robust enough to be as bullet proof as the engines they are replacing (V6 and V8). If i were in the buying mood (and might be in the next 2 years), i think i'd just stretch it a bit and step up to a Land Cruiser...Ive lived the T4R life for the past 10yrs...my next vehicle would either be a new LC and throw some 33s on it or a T4R TRD Pro as my plan B.

      I agree there is no way 4 cyl can be as durable as the 4.L V6 naturally aspirated engine. The 4L has a lot less stress on the engine making it more durable.
      Wish they had a simple V6 option available. I’d get it in a heartbeat over the 4 cyl. Plus the turbos do require premium fuel. So even the “fuel saving” doesn’t really make sense. Other than that I think it’s the best looking in the lineup. This look and the GX is my favourite

    • @makerdistrict

      Yeah that’s a known issue with Sequoia and Tundra. Saw TRD Jon (I believe it was him, I’ve watched so many videos now 😅) sit in the back seat of the 6th gen and his head was almost hitting the back of the sunroof. If it had the pano and that frame was extended closer to the trunk, that wouldn’t be an issue in the backseat.

      @stevieray1828 9 місяців тому

      @@makerdistrict you could be right, and I don't know how it is with other vehicles, only the third Gen Tundra, but the space that the pano takes up lowers the headroom significantly. I'm 6'3" so it probably effected me more, and that is only in the back seat.
