The following scene is a rare time where Michael acts like a real boss and redeems himself for his stupidity. Michael was a great character for reasons like this.
i always liked the scene where he tells Stanley to calm down like i did the one where he helped Pam when she was freaking out about their paper company. I like when he puts down his foot and shows he can and will be responsible when he needs to
I like how Micheal reminds his subordinates that he is the boss. Yes he does alot of mistakes, but he also treats his co-workers well. And manier times they take advantage of being that.
I wouldn't say well, he acts like their friend rather than a boss and most of the time he mocks them, with pam wearing glasses being a perfect example and almost everytime he does something stupid, he doesn't take full blame for it, sometimes he's like "it's OUR mistake"
The whole point of Michael is that you're supposed to want to be nothing like him. He only feels shame when he's publicly humiliated, and never actually learns his lesson, so even public humiliation doesn't teach him.
Tbh, Michael Scott is a great boss, and he’s very wholesome he’s got a huge heart. He’s just been alone his whole life and he wants love but doesn’t fully understand how to socialize, but he tries his best and it’s all because he genuinely cares for his employees. Now look at Charles Miner, he’s your typical everyday boss but nobody liked him lol
Well little did Stanley know that I had a pepper spray in my hand ready to attack at any given moment and in the other well let’s just say if things really did get heated in there it wouldn’t be because of the feud or Ryan. P.S sometimes I really do love my job more than I should..

You shouldn't show your boss any more or less respect than they show you. They're not better or worse than you.
Why do you need to respect someone on the basis of them being randomly selected for a managerial position they don't even do correctly?
This is bullshit. Michael being his boss isn't a reason to respect him and frankly, Michael really hasn't done anything to actually earn his respect.

Stanley: I’m about to end this man’s whole career
Stanley’s tone of voice says everything before he even spoke...
Do you have anything to say to me?
Oh yes I do....

I like how Michael retracts his words once Stanley starts shouting
Which then only made him yell at Michael more, confusing him.

I LOVE HOW MICHAEL YELLS AND STANLEY SHUTS IN THE SAME TIME. IT IS SO RARE TO SEE MICHAEL TO SERIOUSLY, WHEN IT HAPPENS IT IS AMAZING. HE HAS EVERYBODY GOING OUT AND EVERYBODY UNDERSTANDS THAT AT THAT HOUR HE IS NOT JOKING. AMAZING MOMENT, ALI STANLEY SEE WHO'S THE BOSS

Steve Carrell really brings to life the challenges of managing not only a co-worker but a potential friend who constantly challenges him day in & day out. Really stepped up to the plate to build a strong understanding of respect in the workplace

At this point Stanley really relatable. Lots of people love Michael Scott cause he's a child in adult body and most of the time he doesn't have bad intentions. But still he's annoying man who doesn't let people work properly. I would definitely hate Michael as my boss.
@Trollking2988 F for you. Honestly I don't know why everyone love Michael so much, I mean yeah he's funny in some episodes and etc, but most of the time he was annoying (I actually love first seasons when The Office was a little bit depressing serial). He crossed the line so many times and I have no idea why people play along with him. Had once the same guy in my class (I'm glad that not in the work) and it was terrible. I hope you never meet another Michael Scott
True, my sister says he's her favorite character but I seriously question it since I hardly find anything good or entertaining about the guy
@@redpikmin017 especially how he treats Toby...... he is literally a complete villain in those interactions! It’s unbearable to watch!
@@redpikmin017 the fact that you guys take the character so seriously is why hes popular. Steve Carrell did a masterful job portraying Michael Scott. Which is why people like him or say hes their favorite. For me its between Michael Creed and Dwight
@@abushakhmanserik6558 I’m sure it’s because he’s simply a good character. In-universe, he’s not a good person per se, he’s done some pretty scummy things, and yeah, nobody would like him IRL. But Steve did an amazing job playing him and he’s written in such a way that it’s really easy for a lot of people to hate him and love him at the same time. Even a lot of people feeling strongly about hating him is a sign of a good character. He’s a brat, he’s annoying, he’s an idiot and imo, sometimes he has the worst intentions...but I still love him. I think the writers did a really good job with Michael and it just makes me appreciate him even more. To be honest though, I’d lose my mind interacting with him in IRL.
Thank you for this, I don't think this Stanley moment doesn't get enough love
0:45 The smartest thing Kevin has said apart from the math he did when they were in the bus.
1:02
Michael: do you get that?
Dwight: Yesn’t.
The following scene is a rare time where Michael acts like a real boss and redeems himself for his stupidity. Michael was a great character for reasons like this.
Michael: Do you have anything to say to me. (2:14)
Stanley: *SO YOU HAVE CHOSEN DEATH*
Michael: *UNO Reverse card*
--"Are you serious?"
--"I am... You are fired like a heart attack."
This is indeed a clash of the titans - unstoppable stupidity against immovable indifference.
i always liked the scene where he tells Stanley to calm down like i did the one where he helped Pam when she was freaking out about their paper company. I like when he puts down his foot and shows he can and will be responsible when he needs to
The intensity of this shot 2:48
@@redpikmin017 TRUE!!!!
he needs to do that because he finds a way to first show his employees that he's not. otherwise he wouldn't have to show it.
You know its intense when the Dwight Knight is overwhelmed
I love how Kevin sums the whole situation up!
Michael's tears in eyes after saying hey stop it. Wow genuine acting! Amazing
This was my favorite part of the episode because for once someone is saying what I’ve wanted to say for so long to Michael
That ten second silence tho.......
Are you serious?!?!?
1:43 i love how stanley blinked several times in total disbelief 😂
The way that Michael can't even fathom actually firing Stanley ❤️
Kevin's summary of the situation is the best part lol
Well little did Stanley know that I had a pepper spray in my hand ready to attack at any given moment and in the other well let’s just say if things really did get heated in there it wouldn’t be because of the feud or Ryan. P.S sometimes I really do love my job more than I should..
I would have wanted you as a coworker at my last job, Dwight.
I mean you could use Bull tranquilizers again
Yeah, i can totally imagine Dwight standing behind the office door with a baton in his hand, ready to smash the hell out of Stanley in case if he tries to attack the Boss

I like those moments in the show where Michael actually shows some humanity. Stanley was out of line talking to him like that even if Michael is who he is😂😂.
And that look on his face as everyone is leaving tells you that he knows it, too.
Office shows Kevin as someone who understands things slow. But yet, on most occasions he is the one making strong points.
2:40 that kinda scared me
Me too I that was the most serious moment in the series
This is the only time I’ve ever seen Michael so angry.
