It was all improvised by Leslie David Baker, for the original line in the script only said "Stanley yells at Ryan" which makes it all the more better.
Fun Fact: The part where Stanley gets mad at Ryan was all improvised by Leslie (actor for Stanley). It only said **Stanley yells at Ryan** on the script but nothing else was written.

@Christopher Marlowe college in general is overrated but degrees can still have value and white collar is a successful outcome. College = office job in most cases. Could be engineering, accounting or even pink collar (medical field) spend a lot of time at desks. College graduates still make more on average especially if STEM.
