I'm 26 and have been lonely my ENTIRE life.. Even as a child, I'm just now starting to understand why I was so lonely and never have been happy (through therapy) That's not true. I was happy for the 4 years I was with my ex girlfriend. The feeling of not being loved while you still love the other person is also quite tough.
It's true. Those moments are real opportunities to explore deeper aspects of ourselves that often live out of our conscious reach. I've found when I bring the "light" of my awareness to those beliefs and experiences, deep transformation is available.
