LOOOOOOOVED that calf stretch!! Never knew you could do it that way and it really helped release that tension in my left Achilles. Thank you for the after run stretch session!

The Achilles stretch was a godsend. I just started trying to be more actively fit with running and that area going into the calf was so tight. Thank you!
Really great post run stretch, especially for my calves!!
At the beginning of the vid, all 3 leg stretches weren’t repeated by Zanna on the opposite side, so make sure you pause the vid to make sure you do all the stretches 👍🏻

I literally can't not do this after my runs. It is such a deep stretch and my body CRAVES it! I basically run so I can do this stretching video. :D That calf stretch at the end is LIFE.

I just started running this past year. This stretch is a godsend, thank you Zanna! Probably my 15th time, im getting better at it, and it feels incredible everytime. 10/10

Still absolutely love this routine, every second run I use it to cool down and it helps so much with my recovery. I never get sick of it and love Zanna’s energy

I've used this video at least once a week for every run I've done in the past year, I love it! Because of my inflexibility, I've had to modify it, but I've found myself modifying it less and less - so rewarding 😸

I haven’t been for a run in 6 months (I moved to Moscow in October and as you can imagine, it’s been cold and snowy!) and I went for my first run today- ran/walked 5km- and I can honestly say this stretch was needed! Everything ached but I feel so much better now!

This are great stretches!, I did them yesterday after my run and it was great results no soreness after and felt great. Came back just to say thank you since I have had feet pain for awhile and after the stretch it literally went away.
