    Thank you, I have been following these stretches for few weeks now after walking and Jogging. I am not sure which part of the lower body should have pressure when performing these strctches. It would be helpful if you could add it to your video or in description section. This would help beginners like me to avoid mistakes and focus on right part of the exercise. Thanks

    One quick question. I just realized this exercises are for Post Run as mentioned in title. Daily I brisk walk for 7 miles and Jog for 3 miles. Can I still follow these stretches or do you suggest me something else to follow? Thank you

      @@RunAndStretch Thank you for reply. I had one more question - You have multiple videos for stretches for walk/Jog/Run which contains different exercises. I get confused as to which video will help to do right exercise for my body as they contain different stretches. What would you suggest me? Should I follow any 1 or multiple video stretches after I complete Jogging/Waking.

      ​@@tejasmehta5215 I suggest you to try as many videos and sequences and find the one matching you. See how you feel after. Everyone is different. I personally like huge variety and diversity of stretching exercises that helps, but I can not put every single one in one video. 😂

    On the hip stretch im getting discomfort and stress in my knee that is on the ground. What am I doing wrong?

      Hi JNB3 I can not give you any advice since I don't see you. Just do the stretches which are comfortable and feels good. Always listen to your body. Take care !

    Great stretches especially the abductor stretch and gate pose. But sadly the background music is awful :(

    I am what you’d call negative flexible so these are great post run stretches for me.
