I think that it's the Honda origins that make it easier to maintain but haunt it as far as its recognition as a classic is concerned. I had a look for those high-middle-aged Rovers at a German car sales platform: there is hardly anything there. However, commercially, this was one of the most successful trades: 1700 £ in a week without utter crisis mode or a real risk of having to abandon the car and write the money off. But probably it's those heart attack projects with large scale welding that make the most viewed videos...
I don't know why Will and Gus are bagging this car so much. It's the best of both worlds - British luxury and style with Honda engineering. What's not to like?
Would be great if JLR bring Rover from the dead to compete with the likes of Ford, Vauxhall and the likes if they want to garner the mid level market share !
Middle aged successful businessman 🤔. Purely down to other’s investments…… and people like me who watch like we did ‘Laurel n Hardy. Otherwise? Ude be BROKE!
Healthy profit, thanks to the fact they've found the right car, at the right place & at the right time. Well deserved lads, keep fighting 💪💪💪
"I'm selling it for a mate"

That referbished steering rack would be at least 400 pounds here in Norway!
Sterling job!
Saddle dressing for those seats
Nice return on their investment! Honda/Rover what a combination, seems like yesterday.
That one wasn't a Honda engine
this is a good looking car
Another one! Keep up the good work.
Haha. Just checked I can get the personalised plates “POVROV” which if I had this car I’d get 😂
The "normal" thing to do would be to first take it out for a drive, and THEN wash it! Not the other way around, guys.
