I do. I was 13, going out to feed my horses with my older brother. He was driving my mom’s 1990 suburban and he put this new cd he borrowed from his friend in… old school style, portable cd player with a cassette adapter. We already knew Schism from Much Music, so he skipped to Parabol/Parabola. Changed my life.

That was actually Parabol and Parabola (two different songs). You can listen to either individually but its good to hear the two together as they compliement each other like other tool songs such as Wings for Marie / 10,000 days, and Lost Keys / Rosetta Stoned to name a couple. As others here have mentioned, you should react to 46 & 2 and The Grudge next. Also Aenima and Lateralus would be good choices..yeah that's enough to send you well upon your way.... enjoy the ride :)

Hey dude. I similarly made the mistake just the other day, of writing the Ænima title cut as the same again, but the album references the Jungian shadow where the song rather subtly introduces an enema, via "Ænema".
I weep as I sit here a watch your blood felt reaction because I knew all along the one and only o'mighty Tool is and always will be the greatest rock band in human history. Buckle up mate, dive deep Tool is one of a kind. Their they're on genre. Tool is a state of mind more than anything.
