@@TabletopWarbands I faced something similar and it absolutely slapped... Flamestorm aggressors in Salamanders are brutal. Admittedly I am trying to adjust it down as the list I faced was 1.5k so I've had to compromise somewhat.
@@opesam Yeah 500 points works differently but we may try it!
Just to point out - at the end of Necron turn 1, the plasmactye should have been removed in the moral phase as it was out of range from the destroyers.

No wait, it was within 6" of the unit, so it was in range. The rule says that in the morale phase it must be destroyed if it isn't within 6"

@@Philbe1983 No problem, the distance is checked in the morale phase and speaks of unit coherency checks. One immediately thinks of the 2", I too had a doubt when you wrote it 😂

In retrospective, the space marines are really fighting an up hill battle. Using the last points increase from 9th, the space marines are only fielding 410 pts, with the necrons coming in at 480. That's a difference of a second ATV. It's crazy how over costed space marines were.

Il nostro esercito è composto quasi completamente da truppe base, è buonissimo per iniziare. Sono truppe che ti servono come nucleo dell'esercito che poi puoi espandere pian piano. Anche se il consiglio che ti do è gioca quello che ti piace giocare. A meno che non debba fare tornei ovviamente! ^^

Hi, new player here.
I was wondering how the bike at 29:45 could do 5 attacks? The chainsword only gives +1 attack, right? So shouldn't it have been 2+1 attacks for a normal bike or 3+1 for a Sergeant? It didn't charge that turn either so its "+2a if charged" ability wouldn't proc either.
The Space Marines rule Shock Assault (Angels of Death) grants them +1 attack if they charge or if they are charged in that turn, so they get +1 cause the Overlord charged them ^^
