Okay, I believed in the process, but struggling with PCOS for years (~10 years), I had lost hope. I don’t like to mention it, but I must. I don’t remember the last time I had my periods naturally (without hormonal intervention). Maybe a couple of times in my teens. Hence, I had lost hope. I had tried everything, homeopathy, losing weight, nothing helped. But I got my period naturally after so many years on 21st Jan (nearly 2 months of following your yoga flows). Really really grateful. Thanks so much Akshaya. 🙏🏻 To any struggling female reading this, you’ve to make yourself a priority, find a way to manage stress (whatever works for you), take care of your nutrition, follow these practices and also walk everyday ~10k steps. Its a tried and tested approach. Hope this helps. For me stress was the major cause, and the most difficult to manage. Find a way that works for you and stick to it. Prioritize yourself ladies ❤️🌻
@@samia217 this practice in itself helps reduce stress. But I did do the 75 hard challenge. Couldn’t complete it. Did it for 30-35 days. Morning workout was Akshaya’s yoga. 30-45 mins Walk in the park in the evenings. And eating clean, reading a book, etc.

@milk mocha I do yoga very regularly and closer to period day i flow her flows and now i get my period fairly on time every month... If you're doing 1st time, it can take around a week of consistent practice to get the period if they are delayed
I have been doing your PCOS Yoga for 4 months now, and yesterday I went to get an ultrasound and the I only have polycystic ovary! 🥳 Last 2022, the results were both of my ovaries were polycystic. Your practices have helped me so much and I will continue doing them daily. Thank you so much! 🤍

I was crying through this. I had a sacrum injury a couple years back and my hips were uneven and I was not supposed to do deep hip stretches but I also have menstrual challenges so doing my best to stretch my hips in a safe and therapeutic way.
