      Yes Dr. this is what i was looking for. Gym alternative exercises to do at home. I like the walking tip you suggested ( indoor) to get the steps.

      Doc, I'm a fan from Kerala, I'm a layman but I don't think you are progressing doc. Why are you using low weights? I heard you also say that you need to concentrate on certain aspects of training during each part of the year.
      I feel like you should be stronger than this, if your training was even more intense or more volume.
      Anyway truly thankfuly to guys like you Dr pal, for educating the layman like us, on the western hemisphere, it's all some random jackass, not doctors like you guys.
      I'm trying to kind of stress the joints but not to point of pain, today especially it feels like kind of gravelly, lol. I'm not taking your word or anything, fully going into this with the risks and with some god on my side. I do want to feel like bruce lee.

    When you going pushup lock the elbow is basic otherwise you get injury kindly do correctly cause lots of people followed you so they also do wrongly and face joint pains, and this type pushup not impact in chest

    muscle is important but heart is also a muscle so we need to do cardio to strengthen heart muscles but most of them simply ignore it
