    Hi Dr... Excellent presentation as usual. This content takes to the base of FITT VP principle..F- Frequency, I- Intensity, T- Time, T- Type, V- Volume, P- Progression. On further to exercise - Pre screening in clinical investigation and fitness investigation to be performed for each individual for prevention and goal setting. In general after 45 years certain cardiovascular exercises to be limited like jogging, walking, burbees as per the pre screening and fitness examination. Also it prevents the early arthritis of knee and improve the joint function by applying cycling. I am one of the fan of Dr Santhosh. Next please take micro and meso cycle variable, effective and maintenance. Thanks for your effort Dr.

    Hello sir, all your vedio are very informative. Thank you so much . I am a 1/2 marathon runner. Completed about 7 of them. Whenever I run, I land only on my heel and not on my toe. But I am running for the past 5 years and do not have much leg issues . Should I still try to correct and land if my toes while running? Kindly advice. Thanks for your support and help.
