      1 kg dumbbell for kids & 2 kg dumbbell for women are good for the beginning.

    20 to 30 sec sprinting 8 reps 90 Sec resting - can Increase HGH....
    To improve muscle mass is there related to HGH?.....

    Dr. Jacob, I saw that you talked about eating 10 eggs a day. My cholesterol levels are 250 and I'm concerned about accumulating more. I also don't want to take whey protein after several stidies showed toxicity due to unregulated practices. Could you give me your personal advice on eating 10 eggs a day for someone who works out 4 days a week?

    My kind advice to all who were all took vaccine two or one dose, don't do exercise in aggressive way and heart shouldn't pump more. Be cautious, be aware. Do the normal exercise without pressure and also yoga.

      It varies for different bodies and slowly only must increase heart rate while performing exercises and also must give gap between every exercise...
