( FOR THOSE WHO WANT STRAIGHT TO THE POINT SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO , RATHER THAN WATCHING IT WHOLE ) According to the video, eggs are a complete source of nutrition, containing protein, minerals, antioxidants, and vitamins including A, D, E, B12, riboflavin, pantothenic acid. Eggs can help develop the neurological and bone system. There are many studies on how eggs can improve health outcomes, but most are short-term studies. There is limited data on long-term studies. Dr. Santhosh Jacob recommends eating 1-2 eggs per day for people with normal cholesterol levels. People with hyper-cholesterolemia, a condition where your blood cholesterol levels are too high, should limit their egg intake. Dr. Santhosh Jacob recommends consulting with a doctor about how many eggs you should eat per day. The video ends abruptly without a conclusion.

Before 4 years i reduced 15kgs without doing any workouts but only by eating 10 whole eggs a day along with lots of vegetables and very little carbs which comes from grains. Mostly i use to eat 2 meal a day without snacking anything inbetween. This diet changed my entire thing. My chronic back pain reduced and i felt like flying while walking. Also it feels very satiated and i didn't suffer from hunger and cravings..... but later i switched to normal indian home diet and went to gym and ate all junk but only 1 to 2 eggs per day... Guess what i got?? I got my back pain back😢 and my weight also increased... so now i am starting to follow the diet which was i am following but this time only 5 to 6 eggs and other things are same.... yes eggs are superfood❤
Eggs are low in saturated fats. Currently even American heart association have taken down their upper limit of dietary cholesterol consumption. Its only the saturated fat and trans fat that create problem and eggs are low in such unhealthy fat. Now according to new guidelines it's not the dietary fat but the dietary sugar that is the main villian. Wish you update your sources doctor.
He mentioned that dietary cholestral won't impact serum cholesterol. But on the safer side and as a guideline for general population, he said ' one egg per day' otherwise people would devour more egg yolks without exercise or routine blood cholesterol checks.

Not all eggs are equally with same nutritional value. In India white eggs can be altered to brown eggs easily in the market. It doesn't matter white or brown eggs key is to identify good eggs. We need to educate the general population how to identify the nutrient rich when you break eggs while cooking, after cooking how does it look like. I understand as a Dr you are focusing on the food and body but the mindful selection of the right source of food is also critical.
