How is it that I can periodically revisit this video, every 6 months or so, after learning and digesting so much music, and be EQUALLY as floored at how incredible this band is from top to bottom

This band is absolutely amazing.
So many things awesome about this! The way it was recorded gives this crazy nostalgic feel. The music matches perfectly. Mark’s intro was pure silk... even when the ignorant spectator ran her mouth, he was still money. Mike and Sput at 7:48...🤯. Awesome vid!
Within the first two minutes if you're not captivated by the beauty of his style, you must be one of the folks who were talking away.
Can't blame it, alcohol makes people wanna scream, but damn how can you just not pay attention that sound?

I think sput is grouping the 16th notes in fives and mike is playing every fifth note, so basically, they are playing a 5 over 7 polyrhythm.
sounds like they're playing a 4 time signature over the seven that they were originally playing in. the amount of concentration it takes to do that is just unbelievable
