・2600g Warm water
・20g Unsalted butter
・6g instant dry yeast
・100g dried cranberry (you can substitute this with raisins. Just don't forget to rehydrate it)
Cream Cheese Filling
・250g cream cheese
・20g honey
・20g powdered sugar
