I wonder why she washed cranberries. I made it without washing. The dough became little pinkish. But the texture and taste was good 👍 Next time I’ll wash cranberries.
Can I know why do you bake at 210 degrees Celsius for 13 minutes ? I followed your baking temperature and noticed the crust is a bit hard and dry. I was hoping it to be softer on the outside. Can I bake it at 180 degrees Celsius instead and for longer time say 18 min or so.

I made this recipe today. It was delicious. But the only thing that I think way too much is cream cheese, only half of the recipe will blend perfectly. Too much creamcheese is too greasy. Any thanks for the recipe. ☺

If it browns too much in the while the baking, you can cover it with aluminum foil to prevent it from browning.🙏

これは水分の多いレシピだと思います。
こねにくいときは、動画のようにスケッパーを使って
こねている途中で定期的に手と台についた生地を
生地に戻しつつ根気よくこねるといいですよ。
グルテンが働いてくるまで無心でこねましょう。
バターを入れるとどんなパンでも
一時的に生地につながりがなくなりますよ♪
