100% remove the powder from the lettering. Brembos in yellow would look unreal, too.

What if you sealed the bottom with the high heat tape and use silicone plugs to cover every hole, then sandblast?

If you fill you blaster cabinet with baking soda it works pretty good and is dissolved by water!

When applying aircraft remover use a paintbrush, and brush only one direction so you don't disturb the paraffin, generous amount, it will work way better

Leave the Mivec Turbo lettering on the valve cover black. Looks cleaner that way👌🏻.

I just noticed your valve cover is using the metal PCV valve(same as 1st gen 63s). 2nd gen 63/mitsu engines usually uses plastic PCV valves.
Did you put rtv on all 8 corners of the cam lobes meets the gaskets

How to properly remove and powder coat a valve cover
Add a red colour to the mivec turbo.
Purple calipers, purple mivec, purple accents 🔥
To make it much much easier I would leave it with that paint stripper in an closed bag over night and then high pressure wash it with hot water the day after.. I would rinse right of with good pressure.
Red MIVEC or whatever you paint the wheels/caliper
I think the calipers should go yellow and also yellow the mivec turbo.
Make the mivec turbo in the color of the Brakes

Why would you JB weld the bolts in on the baffles?
Next time cover the valve cover with a plastic bag while the stripping agent is on it. It should help trap the gases and chemicals making it more effective

17:18 the G-Plus timing belt cover is for Evo 8. It shouldn't fit with the Evo 9 Mivec Cam.

Hey dude I have question today I bought a dormant purple powder coated and what happened was I coated my Valve cover first I coated with black and then I use purple color on after then I put in the oven after 15 minutes when i saw it I was very disappointed that a turns in to a sliver color em so ☹️ can you tell me why this happen. Yeah. mitsu engineers RIVETED it for a reason. not screwed on from all those engine vibrations
Paint the MIVAC in RED and TURBO in Aluminimum colour
The jb weld was not a good idea.... Over time with heat and friction it will inevitably break down and create fragments in you engine. You should have used something like a locking washer.
