Like every other gold prospector in Australia at the moment, you are watching gold's mazing ride upwards.
At the time of putting this video together gold was sitting at $3492.13 or (USD$2,312.49)
Now that is a pretty amazing price?
You will hear reports in the media how this is just below the highest price gold has ever been, recorded in last month (April 2024).
But is that true?
The answer is both YES & NO!
It's yes, if you look at the price in terms of simple dollar value.
But when you look at the gold price chart in terms of inflation adjusted dollars, the answer is a resounding NO!

I follow a lot of the gold bug gurus on youtube. None - I repeat none of them have talked about a gold price adjusted by inflation - so great work PTP. Perhaps you could jump from the prospecting gigs on YT and find a home with the macro economic sages.
