Don’t believe a word of her “story”. If she’s backing away from the kitchen, how are there casings in the bedroom? According to her she was never in the bedroom. Makes no sense at all. Nice try lady 😂. “Tell him to be nice. He won’t even talk to me!”

She sounds like a good liar. Glad she spent time in prison but not enough time.
She lies easily, but not well. Fast-talking, trying to overwhelm with nonsense, but once you try to thread all the individual narratives together, none of it fits. Timelines don't line up, decisions make little to no sense. One of my favorites is when they're yelling that the guy is abusive and attacking them, that they're afraid for their safety, while the guy is sitting calmly on the couch, literally asking her to leave, and they're like "No i'm going to keep arguing" basically.
@@adamb89it pisses me off that, almost every time the victim is male, they have to prove that they're in fact the victim! It's ridiculous. Like the other cop saying only 1-2 shots were fired, basically saying the male was untruthful in stating it was 5-6! Thankfully the 1st cop was actually investigating!

So they argue. She supposedly leaves down the road. She returned. She then left again for a couple of hours but returned a second time. A shooting takes place and she gets only 4 years…disgusting. For someone who got shot he’s incredibly composed.
Inside the house and moving her hands, not mentioning her wrist is broken
4 years for attempt murder on her husband???? WTF?????
Now that she is telling her side of the story in the house I see her moving her hands and she isn’t complaining of a broken hand. Amazing recovery. My broken rib took a few weeks to recover from.
Lord lady, you are much bigger than me and I definitely don’t weigh 109 pounds! Your scale is definitely busted!
She didn't finish the sentence. It's (109 + ego)/brain cells. Since the ego is 100 and brain cells are 1, it's (109 + 100)/1 = 209 lbs
It's not busted. It's set to kilograms.
It's not busted. It's fractionally off. Its fractional error would be about 40% low.

Fr she’s desperate 💀
i honestly don't even know how much a lawyer could even help her with this i mean she literally shot him, and beforehand said "we're both gonna die tonight" which shows intent. it doesn't look good for her
From the speed of securing the scene, to EMS on scene in a forest so quick, to the courteous communication this was a perfect execution of an active investigation on scene. Makes me thankful I have officers that communicate this way with me when I have the chance to talk to them.
I mean if you want to say everything go ahead? Lawyer must’ve loved that.
Is it ever a good idea to mix anger and alcohol? Even with dinner?
Drunk Hulk says "SMASHED!"
The attempted murder charge was dropped?!
She took a plea deal, it wasn’t dropped it was amended to a lesser charge. There would be no incentive for people to take a plea deal instead of going through with a trial if they didn’t cut them a break on their charges.
@@ShannonT78 Or offer a sentencing agreement if they don't reduce the charge.
@@FeralDucky “I’m killing us both tonight” proceeds to start firing. That gun was not in the house, the gun was brought to the house fully loaded. She came with the intent to kill him
@@ShannonT78 I see. I would expect that the prosecution wouldn't offer that deal, since it appears to be very easy to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she came back to kill him, but I don't really know much about the American justice system so I am assuming I'm missing something here.
@@FeralDucky The last part makes sense. I can imagine her shooting everywhere and screaming at him, but only shot in his direction when he lunged at her to control the gun. Of course, we can't really know what would happen if he didn't try to do that, if he could have de-escalated the situation or if he was going to die. In the end, he survived so that was a good outcome.
109lbs? 😂😂

I like how the retired officer breaks down the case a little and shares a relevant experience with us at the end. Great job running this channel.
Wow.... A husband tries to kill his wife and actually shoots her. Dude is getting life. She got 5 whole years. WTF
Where's that? Because there was a husband in my town last year that tried to murder his wife (only injured her slightly) and only got probation.
4 years in prison plus 5 years probation
5 years ?!?!?! That was attempted murder imo wtf he will get killed 5 years from now then
The husband wouldn't get life for an attempt. The actual prison time would vary by state, but I think a man doing the same thing would be sentenced at least twice as long. 8 years minimum.

She is like so many others. Handcuffs come out and they need an ambulance right now. Police need to take people like her in their squad cars to the hospital instead of wasting paramedics time. The amount of people who need an ambulance because they seem to be allergic to accountability is absurd.
Watching her give her (fake) account of what happened when, based on where the casings were found, it was an obvious lie, and the cop just let her dig her hole deeper was a master class of excellent police work
She's lying 100%
Well yeah, she's saying the only shots that were fired were in the living room and it was only two shots. The peppered house is pretty hard to argue with who's story is more accurate
