So she cheats on him, they split up, he moves on and meets a new girl, and she tries to kill him. What a class act. Also unreal that she was able to plea down to 4 years from attempted and CLEARLY premeditated murder. Please stop letting psychopaths off the hook with a slap on the wrist

She clearly said she came back and HE met her with the gun and fired first. Then she was struggling with him and it went off more. I can tell you, from my own life experiences, shells bounce and get kicked. Hard wood floors and tile are very similar in that you can drop a casing from shoulder height and try to follow where it goes. My Glock 32 ejects casings 12-16 feet over my right shoulder. My Beretta ejects about 23 deer to the right. My Sig ejects casings low and at my feet.

I absolutely agree!! And the stigma surrounding men being victims of DV needs to be squashed! A man can absolutely be the victim!
Side note: When she claimed that nobody talked to her about her medical needs, only for that officer to find out later that she not only refused medical treatment, but was seen by medics made her lose every ounce of credibility that she might have had left! Then, she supposedly didn't think to mention her hand being broke and basically blamed medics for not specifically asking about her hand because they were only focused on her head 🤦🏼‍♀️ Money down she had enough time by then to realize how much trouble she was in and thought of a story to come up with for self defense.

The husband being "unusually calm" is due to his wife's craziness. She flies off the handle so easily and so frequently, that his instinct is to immediately become as calm and clear headed as humanly possible. It's a learned reaction. You have to be the level headed one, because they can't. So no matter how stressful or chaotic the situation, you're unfazed. Yes, it's something I know from firsthand experience.

First responders handled this domestic violence call perfectly! I had a similar situation with my ex wife. She trashed our residence and had a chef knife, chasing me and blocking me from the door. Sge ripped the phone jacks. She threw heavy glass objects at me, which cut my scalp. She also cut me several times when she could. I finally escaped through second story window. My neighbor had already called 911. When LE arrived, at first they assumed I created the disturbance. We had two dogs at the time. When they saw them cowering behind me, the officer( K-9 unit) said, "this guy is likely the victim, I can tell by his dogs behavior!"
She was diagnoised having borderline personity disorder. She still tried to claim I caused the violence. That was 20 years ago. Men are victimized too. Im just so grateful they believed me!

I used to drink with cops. They always said that DVs are the worst. Wife calls, you detain the husband, she sneaks up from behind with a hammer.

Did she really, I haven't heard it yet.
I see that a lot, heavy female suspects saying how much they weigh and talking about how light they are.
Never seen a male suspect talk about their weight, weird female thing.

Marriage is a permanent social contract between two legally consenting adults. It’s a Sacrament if you are Christian, and still a natural bond if you are not Catholic. It’s sleazy to run after spouses who are having marital problems. Adulterous to sleep with others while you are still married.

Can we just talk about how calm this lad was when calling 911 to tell them he's been shot?? most people would be screaming in pain and yelling I've been shot this lad was cool calm and collected and was just liked "I've been shot, I've been shot." that is insane
