Give this intense tabata dumbbell chest workout a try! Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT) that is designed to expend calories at a faster rate. You will burn more fat from these type of workouts while still being able to build lean muscle mass. The intervals are set up as: 20 seconds of intense work followed by a 10 second rest and repeated for a full 4 minute circuit. I likke some of these excersizes but I don't like doing the timing a whole lot. Imma change it up a bit and put a set and rep range rather than time I'm also trying to focus more on strength anyway
👍🏽..I recently stumbled on your channel. Tabata circuits are a favorite. Brutal as they can be but quick. Do them and be through with it. Do you recommend 4-5 rounds for the large muscle groups; abs included? What about small muscle groups? Thank you. 🤓

The first time around I did this like 3-4 cause like you said it's a tabata routine and my arms were sore for a week, I thought this workout was not worth the risk only for my arms to heal larger then before. Thank you for smashing my expectations Mike!
I'm not sure I understand. This is a chest workout not for arms. I hope you arent feeling it primarily in your arms as that might indicate you are hurting yourself.
@@jakemclachlan4094 lol I was doing it as instructed with 15s and I got more engagement out of my arms to wondrous results and with the necessary precautions taken there were no problems apart from the usual onset soreness.

glad you are seeing results Edrick .. don't get impatient, we follow videos for a 2 week period answering all the comments within that time frame... we can't sit by the computer everyday answering just YT comments or we wouldn't be able to make new content .. 2-3 minutes , 3 more for beginners, 2 more for advanced

I want the muscle shirt I gotta stay cool at work being a welder might have to get several if the price is fair I go through a lot of shirts from getting scratched by metal or melting some of my shirt from welds and leaning against it to weld another part.
