it's been 7 years since i last stepped into a gym. Started doing your exercises few weeks ago and my friends are asking if i have started lifting weights again. These exercises bulk you up really fast!!
the last execise is the only one i feel in my chest... all the other ones just tire my hands...yeah i know pushups are supposed to work the chest and they DO but i never actually feel my chest burning while i do pushups

When you are not very strong it's hard to feel the chest while doing push-ups, but after you can do at least 15-20 you can voluntary recruit more chest fibers and try to use less triceps and shoulders, and when you go up, squeeze the chest hard. It works for me at least
At home workout routines like these are awesome because obviously you can do it without having to leave your house, but they also work as great finishers at the gym after your weighted workouts! Who's pumped for this series?!?
fully depends on your body type and how constant you are but ill say at in 2 weeks you are gonna feel stronger and by 2 months you are gonna see some pecs
Got love for this guy. Not everyone has the time for gym. Even an hour a day can be hard to find nowadays for me so if I can set a side even 20 minutes a day and whack these out, alternating muscle groups each day, it does me.
Followed the channel for months now and your bodyweight videos have got me back into training. My shoulders and back have been jacked up for years and had to stop gym completely. Doing these has fixed me. No BS.

Yo...this is actually the fastest I've seen my chest bulge out without weights. I'm skinny but I lose my chest definition pretty quickly, this exercise wore me out almost immediately but I tried to keep up and when I was done my chest looks like it does after like a half hour of my normal routine. Also love the fact that it touched on upper and lower pecs even in the short time frame
this workout specifically is actually significantly more difficult in comparisson to the other ones. i couldnt do it all either at first so i tried putting the video at x1.50 the speed untill i was able to do the whole thing at normal speed. idk if that will help anyone in any way but it seemed preety useful for me

Often times with the chest/bicep workouts, I feel the burn more on my shoulders than my chest and/or biceps. Could you please advise why that may be, and what I should do differently?

hmm that's strange with your biceps since there's no pulling movement involved. You should feel it in your triceps though since they are synergistically working but you should be feeling it in your chest the whole time too
Try stretching out your pecs before you work out, if your shoulders are heavily protracted then your other muscles will take over from your chest. Otherwise, do what Calvin suggested and squeeze your hands together. I also find setting my shoulders and packing them lets me focus on getting a good chest chest squeeze.

I came up with this Routine around 2 weeks ago, it's working a lot and I can see the muscle building all around my body. Can you please tell me if there is anything I should add/change/remove from this weekly workout session? Here it is : Monday - Bicep, Tricep & Forearm Wednesday - Chest, Back & Forearm Friday - Shoulder, Trap & Forearm Saturday - Leg & Calf I do around 3 reps of each of those so the workout usually lasts around 35 minutes. I go swimming on Tuesdays & Thursdays so I don't do any of your workouts on Tuesday or Thursday. I also try to do Abs on a daily basis as well but I work them quite a lot during the normal workout. I love your videos by the way, thanks for letting us know about all the good workouts we could do. It has massively improved my physique by building lots of muscle. Thanks :)

Wednesday- shoulders+ abs
Thursday- arms+ cardio
Friday- legs+abs
I did this and it helped me a lot
