How come Peter is a Starwars fan, but doesn't recognize Nick Fury as Mace Windu?
Holy shit
MastaCat maybe the mcu is a perfect universe where the prequels don’t exist and just the clone wars show
When he says he's a Star Wars fan, he doesn't necessarily mean he likes the prequels as well.
Oh my God
My head canon is that only the OT got made.
Man I TOTALLY forgot that the one death was Vulture killing a guy on accident trying to be threatening
I don't even remember that..
wait didn't he kill one of his underlings who wanted to quit? giving the blackguy the fist? @@EnjoyCocaColaLight
yeah, clearly this wasnt his first kill. he was extremely chill about it
On yeahhh
I don’t think that was an accident. I think he killed him for reals
I really love Tom Holland in that moment when he’s calling for help. He does amazing job sounding desperate and scared and then resolve to help himself.
I love that about Tom, he displays emotion better than any other Spider-Man, when he's excited, I believe it, when he's sad, I believe, it, when he's angry, I believe it, hell, when he's scared, it makes me feel a little scared.
@@alchemilk Exactly, but it has problems like how come he literally doesn't have a single relevant dialogue with Mj, like, this is the basis of the interest of one person in another, a basic concept of the script and they simply force us to think that it's normal to look at each other and let's date, out of nowhere, with no development, no effective appeal, nothing and this only makes us see Mj as a strange, annoying and inconvenient character, with no background, no motivations, empty, like a video game NPC based only on stereotypes
@@Max-dt3yx yeah I definitely agree with the lacklustre backstory, but I think they established pretty well why Peter is interested in her, she's a smart person but snarky and sarcastic, she has her own interests, shes asocial and resorts to her interests in weird and dark history as a defence mechanism, but Peter doesn't see it as an exception in the pursue, stuff like that is the reason he likes her, she stands up for people, she is, and dare I say this, different, she is very different from normal characters in movies and television. But something you also have to consider is that these two are very very awkward, it makes sense for the viewer to not understand her backstory because even Peter doesn't, they're friends but they still have trouble talking about anything that is school, or MJ's defence mechanism. If they refuse to dive deeper into her backstory and establish interests then I will absolutely understand where you're coming from, but I just understood that we don't know a ton because Peter doesn't know a ton. I also don't think she is annoying, she is one of the most realistic people I've ever seen on screen, they didn't shy away from weird interests, or activism, or hobbies, or disinterests. She simply doesn't bother anyone, she is sarcastically mean at the worst and that is just not proper due for being annoying for me, but to be fair that is personal opinion by far, and I am lucky it worked for me, since I have a different history so my perception of characters differs.
@@alchemilk Dude wtf I am not a native American no bro it was hard to understand you😂😂
, bit i go what you mean, but my focus is not her background, it's simply the dialogues, when you try to talk to someone and they answer you in a sarcastic way at an extreme level, the natural tendency is to move away, however that's ok, it's just a way of being and I agree, but the conversations don't evolve, There is no reason for him to want to connect with her except for the "unknown" only that was never the motto of spidey's relationships, and once you know and remember how Pete and MJ are not only a beautiful couple but also a team, a gossip company, a safe port and that it flows so naturally in the comic that it's hard to get used to such discomforting conversations, sometimes even uncomfortable, you know, and many times the few cracks that she has are evasive like the one where she says "oh my friends call me mj" "didn't you say you have no friends? "I don't have any friends" and I'm like, she didn't even say a word during the trip, so in what the fuck universe do they just come back from a zero developed trip and that's it, they are my friends, man it's funny but she literally doesn't exchange ideas with ANYONE in the movie and I know it seems too forced but at least sometimes the movie needs to show us how the interaction with the characters is, I don't need to know her family or anything like that, but if during that walk they talk about life, she talks about her insecurity when interacting with people or her apparent low self-esteem (because for the love of God they managed to make Zendaya weird, that's impressive) and he opens up too, you know, but it seems that the movie is too blcokbuster, too mainstreming for that, when I see TAMS I see a MOVIE (with a bunch of mistukes) , when I see Homecoming or FarFromHome even though I love them I see a simple spiderman adventure with little depth. And at the same time what makes me buy the idea and what makes me frustrated is the fact that she is VERY, VERY good, I watched Euphoria and it didn't even look like the same actress, the level of personality she manages to get makes Mj look like another person, so as I am a big fan (not a silly fan but I think they are very good at what they do and apparently sympathetic) I end up liking it and you also end up liking it, but this becomes very personal to our own perspective, I have my specific reasons and you have your specific reasons but you must agree that in other circumstances it would be very difficult to find this cool couple, but as for example Peter and Gwen from TAMS is easily related, Because it has a great script and a great chemistry, it has this thing of liking the person because he/she is different, also in the adolescence it is common to fall in love easily after all, but it can't happen in the second movie if not the greatest superhero of all, like from my favorite hero I always expect the best, but you can get some good laughs from these movies after all. I really wish that from no way home it enters a new phase, with a new tone and with them being (dont hate me) a real couple....
@@Max-dt3yx yeah I get what you're saying but I am gonna bring you back to my original point, the movie isnt about her, how are we supposed to see character development from a character that was intentionally avoided, the bulk of the trip Peter is stuck in the storage container and trying to find his way back, they aren't analyzing MJ's role, plus I still dont think its fair to judge their immediate relationship, in NWH I think its fair but they have just gotten together, and in the later parts of FFH and NWH we already see improved chemistry. Although I loved GWen adn Peters chemistry in TASM movies, I absolutely hated the relationship, because literally everything they talked about went on for way too long and consisted of mostly inhuman noises, I barely at all knew what they were talking about, people dont really talk with grunts and male model faces (although I love Emma stone and Andrew, I think they did great with what they were given but they were given shit)
spiderman not getting with liz is actually a very crucial part to his heroism. Most movies, especially superhero movies, the protagonist end up with the person they’ve been chasing throughout the film but spiderman is the one hero that didn’t get to because of his great responsibility
Same!
And not be able to get the crush is SO relatable.
The amazing spider man 1.......
@@bernardaoxd2712 Did that movie not end with Peter flirting with Gwen again, and in the start of TASM2 he’s still dating Gwen?
with great power comes great responsibility
It's actually the same thing in reality!
For me, the best thing in this movie is the Parker's luck: he mistook a car owner as a car thief, he knocked himself out inside a truck, his love interest's dad is the villain, etc. Good old Parker's luck is the best.
Mistaking someone isnt really luck
You’re kidding right? The best part of the Parker luck is the consequences peter has to deal with, homecoming has no consequences
I think the best part of the movie was when it ended cause that is when the pain if watching thus terrible movie stopped
Brian Keogh bc that would be the same shit as Sam raimi why u want to see the same shit? There is a lot of different Spider-Man stories that has nothing to do with facing the consequences

Peter called the ATAT “The walking thingy” for the other avengers, maybe they arent as familiar as he was
Yeah I feel like Peter's talked a lot about SW at school but noticed kids only saw the recent movies so he just assumes nobody's familiar with the classic SW movies (especially not a group that contains aliens and a dude who spent the decade SW came out being a popsicle)
yeah i always thought he was pretending not to know so he wouldn't come across as a giga-nerd. star wars is super popular obviously but knowing the name of the walkers isn't exactly common knowledge
@@dankerbell You just read my mind, that's exactly what I was thinking! Star Wars is obviously very popular but still has a geeky stigma to it. When I talk Star Wars with my friends I act like I have very limited knowledge so I don't look like a nerd.
I always get the most enjoyment out of watching the Tom Holland Spider-Man. Actually solid comedy, bright and fun tone, and interesting, high stakes action sequences really make for an entertaining movie I can watch over and over again. He’s a really fresh, adorkable take on Spider-Man that I can really get behind.
Not to mention our Peter pushing thru that ruble was only 15, it shows that "Oh no, this is a literal kid, crying for help"
Literally the only good scene.
@@iloveketchup20 In your opinion, can't forget that. There are a lot of good scenes, but guess you're boring.
Bit fucked that the two times that made us stop and say "oh shit Peter is just a kid" are the moments when Peter is crushed underneath a building with no way out, and when Peter is pleading with Tony that he doesn't want to die.
our baby
I dont read or watch spider man to be like oh no hes just a little boy. Hes a superhero for God sakes.
peter is truly a star wars fan, he just dosen't want to be a full nerd in civil war so he wont be embarrassed from the others
because that's basically me.
Exactly! Although, in the comics he doesn't like Star Wars.
I guess it’s also an opportunity for Disney to flaunt another one of their properties
@@webgard_ well yeah. Exactly. You got it❗️

Spiderman Homecoming is a perfect well rounded grounded Spiderman story, and I hope we get more movies with a similar tone in the next Spidey trilogy
Also, Michael Keaton’s portrayal of Adrian Toomes/Vulture as a family man who goes about things the wrong way, but isn’t a mustache twirling Villian, is obviously fantastic

Whoa, that never occurred to me.
Yeah I figured that out to when I played it when it realized didn't know!😀
I wish they had somehow worked in him getting trapped under rubble, I felt like they kinda did something similar in the prologue rescuing people in the fisk tower, but man that ending, I beat it a couple of weeks ago and it made me cry
Logan Shaver the games been out for two years man
Only difference, Peter actually manages to save Aunt May
Finally someone understands how little a role Iron Man really played. How great Holland and the writing were.
You know not that many people give credit to the scene where spidey lifts all the rubble off himself, I'm really glad you brought it up
I love the classic, comic book styled Raimi Trilogy.
I love the romantic, teenager styled Webb Series.
I love the comedic, comic book style Watts Series.
I fucking love every Spiderman movie.
Why cant people be more like you
yeah they are all enjoyable, each of them with their faults, but enjoyable and interesting at the end of the day.

My responses to those early nitpicks:
- The suit interacts with the web shooters and thus could theoretically have controls Peter doesn't know about
- the new avengers base wasn't completed entirely at the end of Civil War
- Peter wanted to not look like a dweeb in front of the adults but still looked like a dweeb anyway
de132 Tony Stark gave Peter a new suit, tony made his web shooters not Peter. My only nitpick is that two teenagers were able to hack a billion dollar suit
@@lukeskywalker9026 It's not implied that Stark made the web shooters, just the interface for the web shooters. And maybe Stark made it easy to hack on purpose.
@@lukeskywalker9026 Peter made his own webs shooter, if you watched Civil war where Tony meets peter, it shows before they even met Peter made his own web shooters
Twisted Instinct in the beginning of homecoming Peter had his homemade suit on and then happy was like “where’s the case” the case had the suit that he used in civil war in it, The case also had his new web shooter in it. Peter got his suit and web shooters from tony who made it. Peter didn’t even know about the case. (I think tony was already planning on recruiting Peter before he had to go find Captain America and Bucky, so he made a new suit for Peter before he recruited Peter (but that’s probably not what happed at all😂)
Twisted Instinct those were the web shooters for his homemade suit, he did make those, but the web he’s talking about in the video are from the suit that tony gave to him
I love to rewatch the video to see a person praising MCU Spidey in a well constructed way instead of complaying yet again about how Tom isn't Tobey (who wasn't perfect anyway but people are so blinded by nostalgia they make those genuinely good movies into holy cows)
I agree with you so much. People act like the Raimi Spider-Man movies are the Citizen Kane of Spider-Man movies. I grew up with the raimi trilogy, but I don’t worship it
I still absolutely love the Raimi Trilogy to death. But Tom Holland does such a good job! Homecoming and Far From Home are fantastic! I couldn’t care less about the rest of the MCU if I’m being honest. So as someone who only cares about Spider-Man, even though these movies are so deeply rooted in the MCU, god I still love them!
@The Stonefish They're right though. It's the same reason there are people around who now think the Star Wars prequels are a masterpiece. 🙄
I'm a big fan of Tobey and grew up with him. Tom suits the role better though and both sets of films have their faults. 🤷♂️
And I'm saying this as someone who's read the comics, likes all three takes on the character (although I admit I really didn't like Garfield at first) and wouldn't put any of them in my top three versions of the Peter Parker character.
Tom Holland is awesome in the role. 👌
@The Stonefish Okay mate, you keep complaining and trying to cope while all us Spidey fans continue to enjoy ourselves. ☺️
This dude understands the good things Tom brings to the role. Unlike other people who don't have a life.
Are you willing to share a discussion with this? Because I do, I don't hate Holland's version of Spiderman, in fact I enjoyed his movies, they're very entertaining to watch, however IMO his characterization has to be the worse I've seen in Spiderman films, his version of Spidey is basically Ironboy, not *The Spider-Man* ,its not his acting that puts me off(Holland actually does a good job) but the way his version of Spiderman is written, his characterization is the thing that puts me off, he feels like a sidekick, not a hero of his own, a Miles Morales kind of character, a side character, the thing that made it worse is that he was mentored by Ironman, so he's portrayed as a pathetic noob instead of being able to get good at superheroing on his own, plus his Uncle Ben is basically non-existent, there's barely any reference or whatsoever about him except the suitcase thing in FFH, his version of Spiderman doesn't give a damn about Uncle Ben, Ben Parker is a very important key character on why Spiderman is well, Spiderman.
@@gelothegogang Good points, but all those points shouldn't be limits on what kind of character Spider-Man is. Limiting the idea of who Spider-Man is, it starts up many kinds of controversies.
Retelling the same story over and over, will only make him less likeable over time. And it has been a long time, and we've seen it done in various ways, there's not much better ways to do it again.
Changing who Spider-Man is, shouldn't make him less of a character. It just means there's much more to see in him than before. You shouldn't forget that others can, and will see heroes differently than the way you do.
Spider-Man, just like all heroes, shouldn't be a certain way.
@@Green_Justice5389 I'm not asking for a replay of Uncle Ben's death if that's what you're thinking, its not about retelling a story, its about being faithful to the character's origin story, a simple mention/reference on Ben Parker on how it impacts Spiderman on why he chooses to continue to be Spiderman and why he does what he does would be nice, Ben Parker to Spiderman is the equivalent of Thomas and Martha Wayne to Batman on why Batman is being Batman, and taking that away is like ripping off one of the important aspects on why it makes that character so great. I think the Spiderman that actually works for me when it comes accurate characterization is The Spectacular Spiderman and The Insomniac Version of Spiderman, Tom Holland doesn't feel like *The Spiderman* for me, the way his version of Spiderman is written felt like a Miles Morales kind of character. A sidekick, a side character, not a hero of his own, atleast that's how I feel about the character.
@@gelothegogang He doesn't really need to be the Spider-Man you want. And the more important part of his character is that he wants to do what's right. Which showed in the What If...? Zombies episode.
He wants to prove that he can do the right thing to someone he looks up to, and Ben wasn't the only one he looked up to. Being a sidekick isn't bad either, and this is the first time he's worked with other heroes in live-action. It shows that he's willing to be a hero, no matter what.
@@Green_Justice5389 Every superhero wants to do what's right, its common logic, Batman does what he thinks is right, Ironman does and so is Captain America, but the main cause of motivation, that's what's missing when it comes to MCU Spiderman, all he did was mention "with great power comes great responsibility" in a different line but no reference or no mention to Ben Parker. MCU basically took away a chunk of Spiderman character the moment they dismissed the existence of Uncle Ben and his involvement to Spiderman. Don't get me wrong I still enjoy Holland's Spiderman films as they are still entertaining but when it comes characterization, its the worst I've seen.
Those nit picks didn't work too well. Spider man doesn't know the settings on his web shooters because Tony made that model and the old ones Peter made only have one setting.
Spider-man was also never shown in the new base in Civil War, and at the begging of homecoming he vlogs that trip and actually never goes to the upstate base, he just flies directly to Germany and is given his suit there.
In the line you are referencing from civil war he doesn't show poor knowledge of the film because he references a specific scene. He obviously showed love for star wars then and it was cool that they included it in homecoming.
I know I'm just being butthurt but it's fun to nitpick people's nitpicking.
It's literally all cosmonaut does. Fucking nitpick.

@@whenallelsfails21 You're joking, right?
I honestly think he missed the point of spidey poorly explaining empire strikes back, he’s hanging out with a bunch of adults who probably aren’t into that stuff so he tries to explain it as easy as he can for them to understand
Those were jokes.
the part where peter goes after vulture even though he doesn't have to...it's almost like that with great power there must also come great responsibility
isn't it neat how they were able to convey that without having an old man say it and then die?
isn't that neat?
Except that his motivations for doing so have nothing to do with responsibility but everything to do with his avengers/Tony stark fetish. That's not spiderman
That's literally not even slightly true. He stops vulture because he can't let weapons that dangerous out on the streets. He even turns Tony down in the end. Did you even watch the damn movie?
Except he stills goes after the Vulture even after Tony takes the suit away and at the same time sacrificing his chance to be with Liz
Also weird how he calls it a fetish. Have you never looked up to someone without wanting to fuck them??

Kinda dorky but believable.

I mean there are reasons to complain about every spider-man. Tobey is too whiney and cries like 5 times a movie (also he looks like he's fucking 29 when he's playing a college freshman). Andrew is way too cool to be a nerd and a bit of a hard headed dumbass. Tom's Spider-Man can lean too much into humor at times, lacking pathos that may be needed, at least until the 3rd act of his 2 films. But all of them (even Andrew Garfield) have good qualities too.

He was barely 20 when they filmed the movie
@@lindseyl8120 He faces the most important thing that people won’t always be there to save him and that is what you should expect from a young spiderman. I think everyone is forgetting the age factor. Of course he isn’t going to be swinging expertly or winning every fight. He is fifteen and I think the way marvel handled the age was brilliant because we see him making mistakes we see him getting punished in the way a kid would we see him having to figure out how to be Spider-Man on his own and that’s what makes this movie so much better because Spider-Man is a dynamic character by the end of it. In the raimi films they had Peter Parker looking YEARS older than he should and since they had already botched the youth of the character they decided to make him a master at swinging and combat. I think that’s where a lot of nostalgia comes from. You want to see the iconic Spider-Man swinging from skyscrapers but what you see is a kid learning about himself and his powers and dealing with them how a modern kid would. I personally love how they portrayed him and I think it was the best portrayal so far.
@@homie_zack3915 Not sure what all this has to do with me saying Tom Holland in 2017 looks young because he was young, but cool story bro.
Mainly because most people in their 20s can look a lot like teens. It's pretty common
When I first saw Tom Holland’s Spider-Man in the civil war trailer, I was confused and annoyed. I figured “Oh God, ANOTHER Spider-Man?” And this was back when I wasn’t a big Spider-Man fan. Years went by and I never saw homecoming. I passed on it. Why? Well I kept seeing all these memes and reviews saying Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man was better and this guy sucked, so I bought into that. I started to hate Tom’s Spider-Man because I listened to the Raimi purists. But then I decided “Ya know what? I’m gonna watch the movie and make the decision myself whether or not he’s good.” Keep in mind I grew up with the Raimi and TASM movies, so I naturally thought no one could top Toby. But lo and behold, I watched homecoming, and I realized this was my favorite Spider-Man movie, let alone Spider-Man incarnation, mostly because of the high school relatability. Much like Peter in these movies, I wasn’t universal hated, heck I had a bunch of friends, but to me it always seemed like I was excluded from stuff because of the “We would have invited you, you probably wouldn’t like it” response. But yeah, regardless I began to love this movie and wanted more. I can’t believe all the hate from Sam Raimi purists over Tom held me back from watching my favorite Spider-Man film.

one thing i also really like about this movie, is how peter DOESN'T end up with liz, cause like, name ONE superhero movie where the hero doesn't end up with their love interest. it's almost as if liz is kinda the original mary jane (even though MJ will be peter's love interest), because she isn't really interested in peter parker, she's more interested in spider-man, while MJ (michelle) was already interested in peter. this is a new and refreshing thing to see tbh
You just said you didn't like it but that it was new and refreshing, contradiction is counter intuitive when it's with yourself.

@@lazercrusher48 1. Spiderverse, miles thought she was cute but then sees her as a friend after getting to know her. So you can't count that cuz he doesn't really want to be with her by the end of the movie. 2. Hulk, ok I honestly don't remember that movie, nor should I. 3. Thor, movie ends with him with her, they break up before the events of ragnarok. So he technically did get the girl, he just loses her much later off screen. 4. Raimi trilogy, they literally break up and get back together a million times in every movie. 5. Cap.... ok yeah, ya got me.
I was hesitant to watch this movie because.. c'mon, ANOTHER Spiderman movie? We already have FIVE. Do I really need to watch Uncle Ben die again? I ended up watching this with my sister when she came down to visit and we had a blast. There was another reviewer who pointed something out to me: in the first Spiderman movies, nobody cared about Peter Parker. Every time he was on screen, the audience was just waiting for the costume to come back on. But in Homecoming, I cared about Peter as much, if not more, than Spiderman. I *wanted* Peter to get the girl, to have fun with his friends, to live the life of a teenager. And having a young actor really worked. Having Peter under that rubble, crying out for help, my mother instincts kicked in, and I really got into this scene. So watching him push the concrete off by sheer force of will, I was nearly cheering in the theatre. Fuck yeah. While a part of me will always love Toby McGuire's Spiderman, this is the Spiderman I was waiting for. =3

I'mma going have to disagree with you on that people care about Tom Holland just because he's cute. Toby McGuire is cute (whoo, that shirtless scene~) and Andrew Garfield has a ~nice~ butt. But times have changed since the first spiderman movie. Our perception of a "nerd' has changed. Peter Parker in the first spiderman movie was a total nerd with glasses, getting picked on by stereotypical bullies, clumsy, and totes not popular. I've seen that type of nerd character in movies long before Tom Holland was even born. The Peter Parker in Homecoming is unpopular, a dork, awkward, but this is due to his being young and inexperienced. Toby McGuire's Peter was a nerd character. Tom Holland's is a teen character. Honestly my favorite Peter moment would be with Garfield when he violently acts out after Uncle Ben dies, and Flash talks him down. In fact, it's the only thing I remember from those movie. =P But hey, ya don't gotta agree with me. It's cool.

People like when these heroes are put in our world and accept changes that are made to do so (tasm and Nolan Batman)
What people don’t like is when you change a core fundamental of the character like making Batman a killer(bvs) or giving Peter a safety net to save him from the consequences of his actions (sm homecoming)
The opinion you presented isn’t hypocritical you’re just uninformed.

Exactly what I was thinking
ikr.
And for third nitpicks, just because someone thought it's old, it doesn't mean that person is not fan of it. I genuinely wonder why he thought so in the first place. The only reason why Peter call it old movie is simply because he's young and not even born yet when the movie is out.
I think Peter just pretended to not be into Star Wars so he wouldn't look like a nerd in front of THE AVENGERS.
Or maybe he thought they were super hero they don't have time to remember the title of the movie I'm going to blurt out he just said "remember that really old movie empire strikes back"!
Dzumeister Peter probably called Empire "a really old movie" because he wasn't sure the Avengers would get the reference.

Random Rice Obvious 😂👌
Random Rice
Chocolate chip cookies are considered by some to be one of the best types of cookies around. If you're looking for a chewy cookie rather than a crunchy one, you will love the cookies made following this recipe. The secret to their chewiness is the brown sugar, which miraculously increases the moisture content of the cookie. [1]
This recipe makes approximately 2 dozen medium sized cookies.
Ingredients
Edit
1 cup white sugar (201 grams / 7.1 ounces)
⅓ cup brown sugar (73 grams / 2.5 ounces)
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ eggs (decreasing egg yolk amounts creates optimized lightness and fluffy texture to the dough)
1 cup of butter (between refrigerator and room temperature) (227g/8oz)
2 ¼ cups of flour (adapt this for elevation and humidity as needed, make sure the cups are level) (288 grams / 10 ounces)
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
2 cups of chocolate chips (if small, less if large)
Steps
Edit
Image titled Make Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies Step 1
1
Preheat the oven to 350ºF/180ºC.
2
Add the vanilla, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and butter to a bowl.
Use coarser sugar for thicker, chewier cookies. When sugar dissolves, it acts as a tenderizer that interferes with dough structure. This increases spreading because finer sugar dissolves more easily than coarser sugar. So if you want your cookies to remain thick and chewy, use coarse sugar (or use fine sugar for the opposite effect). If you decide to use powdered sugar for extra crispiness, make sure it doesn't have corn starch in it, or you'll get unexpected results.[2]
Mix these ingredients together until creamy.
3
Whisk flour, salt, and baking soda into another bowl.
4
Mix dry and wet ingredients until fully blended, without over-mixing. Add the milk to achieve a smoothly blended dough. There shouldn't be any clumps of flour or lumps of butter. Make sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed through your dough. After blending the mixture, add the chocolate chips. Mix them in.[3]
5
Apply cooking spray to a pan so that the cookies won't stick to the baking pan. Alternatively, line the pan with wax paper.
6
Take a small quantity of your cookie dough and roll it in you hands into a ball shape. The ball will flatten when cooked so try to visualise the size of your finished cookie when you form the balls of dough. Make 24 balls of dough.
7
Place the cookie balls on the baking pan.
8
Flatten each cookie dough ball with a fork. This will leave distinct ridges and flatten the cookie neatly.
9
Put cookies in the oven for about 8-10 minutes. Don't overdo the cooking, as they'll continue to cook for a short while after you remove them from the oven.[4]
Image titled Make Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies Step 10
10
Take the cookies out of the oven and let them sit on a wire cooling rack for about 15 minutes to cool. Be careful not to burn yourself on the melted chips when transferring the cookies to the rack - use a spatula. The cookies are ready to eat when the chocolate chips solidify again.[5]
11
Store in an airtight container or eat the cookies once they're cooled.[6]
Its Iron Boy...

although i dont agree with your view points on civil war and the other mcu movie.........You earned my respect and a subscription with this review. this movie was just plain awesome!
One thing i like about spiderman homecoming is that flash is a "nerd" and is the one bullying peter.
7:00. Spider-Man doesn’t kill in the comics that’s accurate
I just saw the movie last night and I agree with most of what Marcus points out in his video. The movie felt new, but still like the Spider-Man we all know. Now I didn't expect Tom Holland to be as good of a spider-man as he was, but I'm glad he proved me wrong. I went into the theater with low hopes and expectations; since trailers and ads spoiled a bit of the movie. When the movie was over like Marcus said, "I felt like I wanted more." SPOILERS DEAR READER!!! Ned Leeds, Peter's best friend in my opinion felt like the most genuine and funny character in the whole movie even better than Tom Holland. Best scene from Ned IMO was when he gets caught using the computer lab during prom. What he says to cover up what he was really doing is that he was looking at porn! I was a little surprised but okay with them adding little things like curse words, a middle finger, and aunt May being a god damn milf! Good Vid!
Blake Childress Ned worried me a bit in the ads and trailers but he pulled off the sidekick schtick quite well. One of the most genuine characters in MCU.
I completely agree that Ned was amazing, the same level as Peter given the resources as a sidekick. He was fun and lovable and really made us grow to love him and Peter fighting through high school. He and the writers play him off perfectly. I love it when he finds out who Peter is and keeps nagging him with stupid questions, probably more than others. It just seems like such a genuine moment that I still remember it vividly. Especially when he's at the computers too, helping Peter. It doesn't come off as a snarky one liner, more like an awkward teen trying to process all the information in a social setting, and it's amazing. Good job Jacob Batalon.
Blake Childress iron man/ spider suit ex machina
You summarized my thoughts completely. SPOILERS: ... ... ... I also loved the ceiling scene the most. That little moment of Peter hopelessly screaming for help when noone's there. After the whole movie of relating with him. It torn my heart apart. I can't remember when comics book movie had me feel like that the last time. First Iron Man was probably closest. If I had to choose two films out of this genere for people to archive, it would be Iron Man 1 and this. Loved it so much, second screening is a must.
I’ve been binging your Spidey reviews and finally, someone who can look at these movies critically
The two MCU Spider-Man movies are so criminally underrated and unloved.
Only toxic Raimi and Webb fanboys hate on them. These movies are actually good and well written unlike the “Amazing” Spider-Man movies, I still like the Raimi movies though.
@Kartik Singh I remember that when they came out, everyone would compare it to the Ramie movies and say that it sucked in comparison. It was all super biased, but you’d see it everywhere.

Winter Soldier? Anyone?
The entire Captain America trilogy is really underrated imo
@@ghost_pl9259 one of the best mcu movies
I think the new era of mcu Spider-Man movies works so well because Spider-Man is already a notorious character. Spidey is similar to Batman in the way that you can enjoy the Dark Knight without knowing anything else about Batman. He is already a notorious Superhero so there is no reason to put his character in the perspective of the MCU. Stepping back from the MCU and giving Spider-Man movies a different vibe is why this works. The fact that it separates itself from the major plotlines of MCU movies (save a few short remarks) is really nice and refreshing.
What I really appreciate in the Tom Holland Spidey movies is:
1. It always annoyed me how Flash picks on Peter. Because, jocks don't actually randomly pick on people. They stay in their own groups, Peter would be with his science geeks and Flash with his sports friends. Perhaps a few comments, but that's it. But here Peter and Flash are often together and share common interests, so you actually get that Flash is picking on Peter cause he is jealous. That makes way more sense and is actually relatable.
2.: I. LOVE. that Peter Parker is actually a child in these movies and is absolutely allowed to be one. I mean, he's barely 15. In the other movies, Spidey just wasn't a teenager and I really missed that, because he was supposed to be. Like, the scene where he screams for help with a breaking voice. How he is always really careful not to hurt anyone, despite his strength. How he talkes to criminals and how he thinks of the world (you deserve your melted ice cream, Mr. Criminal. I'll put a note on this bike and leave it here, then the owner can safely get it)
That emphasizes, how young Peter is and for me, that has always been a really important part of Spiderman. And now, we can slowly watch him grow into that role, but still give him the time to play with Legos or share a first awkward kiss. Peter Parker just feels so real.
You know he was supposed to be 16 when he gets bit by the spider
@@vvx6956 yes, but in civil war he is 14/15, in Homecoming 15 and in Far from Home 16. That was mentioned in the movies.
Peter was only young in the comics for a couple of issues
Did this man just call GotG mediocre? I am calling the police
Only gotg 2. The first one is good.
"Hello, 911? I have an emergency"
GOTG 2 is far better than Vol. 1 in my opinion. Better than Homecoming (which I loved) also. And for the record, it certainly wasn't because of the jokes.
The Cosmonaut Variety Hour Not only was the 2nd Guardians a self-contained story (which is an absolute miracle in this day and age), it was a more personal story that sought to flesh out and develop its characters (which is also a miracle in this commercial day and age). The humor was more hit-and-miss than it's predecessor (I personally found it to be funnier), and the final action sequence wasn't as good, but it's far from mediocre/average.
I liked GotG 2, but not nearly as much as everyobe else. A bunch of jokes fell flat, the villain was another waste of a great actor for a dude with a generic motivation, and the emotional moments weren't really earned. I honestly did not give a single fuck about Yondu's death, that felt REALLY forced.
I loved Civil War and Guardians of the Galaxy 2.
They were both shit in my opinion
Both crap
civil war was ok, Guardians 2 was fucking great and Jesus Christ you really don't know what you talking about

I don't get it when people try to compare this Spider-Man to Raimi's Spider-Man. This Spider-Man is a 16 year old kid who's figuring out his way as a hero. People are hating on him because he's not as mature and doesn't have the same problems as Raimi's Spidey did. Why trash this Peter instead of waiting till he's done in the MCU? It's very possible he'll get another trilogy set in college and then another one when he's an adult. Then we will be able to judge him and compare.

Cam M, honestly the most mediocre marvel movies are the ones that feel the same. Doctor Strange and Ant-man are both Iron Man with different powers. Black Panther is Thor in Africa. Thor 2 is Incredible Hulk in space.

Peter definitely was an extreme Star Wars fan even in CW, if you say “When the AT-ATs were on Hoth” someone whos more unfamiliar with the movie won’t know a thing. But “snow planet with walking things” is a much simpler way for everyone to understand and Peter was just making sure his point was communicated to everyone whether they understand or not.

Yes, ok. Maybe I´ve gone too far saying "at all". When I vas at high school I usually spoke with many friends about old bands. Sorry, I don´t mean to offend you, but this kind of characters annoy me to much XD
Really depends on your region, most kids arent with that stuff but the ones who love the old music or different types besides pop, rap, they are there. People always shit on this movie because Spider man simps for Iron Man but ignore that the ending basically has Peter realizing that he doesn't need to be an Avenger and can just be Spider man. And that's really funny to me
Perhaps people don't understand the concept of a character arc?
They're too busy crying about Tobey.
I also love the scene when Peter is trapped under this debris and his first instinct is to call for help. In this movie, he is 15 years old and I think it's relatable that a younf teenager would cry for help. He understands that nobody can hear him and nobody will come for him and that he has to free himself because he is Spider-man even if he doesn't have the expensive suit Tony made for him.
