I think rogues in China find great pleasure in their creative methods of mind control on USA citizens. If we could know their thoughts, I think we would learn they are having re-occuring thoughts about our ignorance. There is an app called News Break. It is owned by a Chinese man. It advertises by focusing on its local news feature.. It includes local news which is helpful. However, 99% of the articles are about pedophiles + crazy things ppl do + controversial things that draw ppl into arguments in the comments. I deleted the app because it was distracting + it was possibly a mind control tactic to target small minded ppl who don't think. It made it seem to me like the entire world is a lost cause because of the bad news. It also seemed to me to be like a baby sitter while damages to our nation are actively in place in the background. Life is a gift & I am building a strong resistance against distractions while being on guard against Chinese interference.

It's all social media rots your brain. Read the studies on dopamine on the like button. The way social media is set up is harmful. If you were honest. You'd stop using all forms of social media and limit youtube as much as you can. I could go on other acceptable addictions when that seem to be acceptable to people, but drug addiction is somehow is not ok and a gambling addiction makes you a degen somehow.
Whenever I see the negative side of TikTok discussed, it's frequently about data collection. Although that is definitely important, I think the social engineering that is happening through that app is much more alarming. I'm glad I never downloaded it.

I’m battling this app with my 14 year old daughter who is addicted to this platform like a gambler or drug addict. The repetitive messaging of moronic people or the sexualisation of children on the platform is sickening. We’ve blocked the app, taken it off her phone but she’ll argue she can’t communicate with her friends and we end up arguing over time on this app. I’m hearing the same from so many parents as our kids are literally becoming more stupid and sexualised before our eyes. This video has only reinforced TikTok is evil and a sweeping cancer across our youth, it needs to be banned immediately.

I blame this app singlehandedly for my attention loss. I didn't use it nearly as much as my friends but I still recognized how much time I was throwing away. Could be using that time for reading books, doing hobbies, etc. Deleted the app around 2 months ago and I haven't even thought about it since then. I’m a freelance videographer that mainly works in the real estate industry, I’ve been around all the top producers in my states market. Grown men and women, obsessing over how they’re going to go viral on tik tok/ig instead of focusing on the fundamentals of selling real estate and growing a business. It’s really weird to see. Ik people who refuse to do things like cold calling/door knocking/mailers, networking etc. and instead are focusing the majority of their time trying to make corny reels and “blow up”. People have built their whole business off not being a great salesman, but making social media content. It’s cool n all I guess, but I keep thinking, long term, what’s gonna happen if tik tok or even ig reels are no longer popular (look at vine) a lot of these agents are going to lose their massive followings and a good majority of their business overnight. Hi Patrick. Thank you for your videos especially this one. I'm from Indonesia. FYI tiktok is only temporarily banned in Indonesia on 2018 because porn content and religion matter. But now it's heavily used mostly by the kids and teenagers. Some of our public figures already mentioned that Tiktok is an app that has hidden agenda and mission. However no one seems really care and realized the impact on their brain.

My kids come from school and sometimes talk about the tik tok challenges and why they don't have an account. My position is simple, when they reach 18+ then they get to set up one. My duty as a parent is to protect their minds until they become adults.
I promise you, you’re not protecting them from anything and they still go on it. Hiding your kids from the world isn’t gonna go as well as you think it is. They’ll be sneaking out and going to parties to get hammered and you’ll still be sitting there thinking how good it was to be a strict parent

Bytedance already have your SIM card ICCID number in their database. If you use the old SIM card in a new phone they still can track you.
TikTok is also banned in China. When people talk about TikTok in China they mean Douyin which is another app with the same functionality but a different algorithm as described in the video.

I would say it is ruining the young generation as a whole. Not just in the states, everywhere. There are dozens of videos out there discussing the psychology behind TikTok and why is it dangerous. My TikTok account wasn’t just disabled but my actual device was banned from using it! This was because I’m a military veteran who was sharing my own personal experiences & I had just started blowing up. TikTok was one of the best tools available for Canadians during the Trucker protest. While Facebook/Twitter and everything else was censored, TikTok still allowed Canadians to see what was happening live. I assume that was because their censorship was lagging but it's still an important point to consider.
It doesn't fit his agenda, banning some app isn't gonna make things better it will only make those criminal governments control people more and more. Instagram is millions more worse than TikTok but the governments agenda isn't for the better of the population but about control.

I love the breakdown, Pat. Ultimately, we wage war for the good side by spending our energetic currency, attention currency, and literal currency in the right spots. Meaning, 1) energetic currency = spend energy putting action into things that directly improve your personal life and situation, 2) attention currency = what creators are you watching and on what platforms, and 3) literal currency = where are we buying from online? Comparing viewership numbers from Tik Tok to Instagram is like comparing Apples to Oranges. Potentially different demographics and therefore having a different content approach would be needed. What would have made this somewhat comparable is informing us of the the age brackets for your UA-cam and Instagram audiences? I am assuming your audience are mainly in their mid 20's/30's and above demographic (based on how long Valuetainment has been around and the younger 20 something year old's like I was when I came across Valuetainment, now in their early 30's). Tik Tok is catered for the younger demographic with most of the "popular" Tik Tok videos having the surprise/shock/quick fix-promise factor rather than content that actually has evidence based, value type content. The amount of trashy financial videos that do well on Tik Tok is just one example. The "Get rich quick" mentality always seem to blow up viewership counts on Tik Tok, where a viewer only needing to sign up to a course for a "heavily" discounted price is an example of what is wrong with not just the platform, but where society is heading in general...
I literally don't associate myself with people who use this platform. It is so utterly embarrassing. All those dance challenges and lip synching, I once almost started to cry out of sheer embarrassment when a friend showed me what our ex friends do on this absurd app.
I think it’s moved on from the dancing stuff for the majority of people over 20 now. Most people I know just get fed Tate clips and random funny stuff now.

There is an app called News Break. It is owned by a Chinese man. It advertises by focusing on its local news feature.. It includes local news which is helpful. However, 99% of the articles are about pedophiles + crazy things ppl do + controversial things that draw ppl into arguments in the comments.
I deleted the app because it was distracting + it was possibly a mind control tactic to target small minded ppl who don't think. It made it seem to me like the entire world is a lost cause because of the bad news. It also seemed to me to be like a baby sitter while damages to our nation are actively in place in the background.
Life is a gift & I am building a strong resistance against distractions while being on guard against Chinese interference.
Exactly the reason why I deleted it as well. Going on 2 months now. I literally felt like I was losing brain cells while using the app. So glad I got off

I’m battling this app with my 14 year old daughter who is addicted to this platform like a gambler or drug addict. The repetitive messaging of moronic people or the sexualisation of children on the platform is sickening. We’ve blocked the app, taken it off her phone but she’ll argue she can’t communicate with her friends and we end up arguing over time on this app. I’m hearing the same from so many parents as our kids are literally becoming more stupid and sexualised before our eyes. This video has only reinforced TikTok is evil and a sweeping cancer across our youth, it needs to be banned immediately.

I blame this app singlehandedly for my attention loss. I didn't use it nearly as much as my friends but I still recognized how much time I was throwing away. I’m a freelance videographer that mainly works in the real estate industry, I’ve been around all the top producers in my states market. Grown men and women, obsessing over how they’re going to go viral on tik tok/ig instead of focusing on the fundamentals of selling real estate and growing a business. It’s really weird to see. Ik people who refuse to do things like cold calling/door knocking/mailers, networking etc. and instead are focusing the majority of their time trying to make corny reels and “blow up”. People have built their whole business off not being a great salesman, but making social media content. It’s cool n all I guess, but I keep thinking, long term, what’s gonna happen if tik tok or even ig reels are no longer popular (look at vine) a lot of these agents are going to lose their massive followings and a good majority of their business overnight. And all of this started because of tik tok
I am 37. I have 4 sisters. Every time I hang out with my sisters or we meet for family events they are CONSTANTLY recording tiktoks instead of just being there in the moment conversing. TikTok messed up my mental health, it may sound dramatic, but it truly is a messed up app. The amount of negativity there leads you to feeling hopeless. So much self harm and unaliving “jokes”, sexu@lizing kids, in©️est, gender fights (men and women just hating on each other). After 2 years of using that app I noticed how it made me anxious about people and just being outside. The media that would usually pop in my feed would relate to fear of aging and girls trying to avoid unavoidable (aging) and it makes sense - constant praise of young girls is toxic and makes you believe that you lose your value as you get older. You as a woman start believing that men are either ped0, r@pist or a mur0erer because of so many people sharing their story and it’s just so scary. I don’t think people should be naive of course but living in fear is not okay either.

But now it's heavily used mostly by the kids and teenagers. Some of our public figures already mentioned that Tiktok is an app that has hidden agenda and mission. However no one seems really care and realized the impact on their brain.

Deleting TikTok from your phone is not enough. The CCP is still able to track you. The only way to completely stay away from the CCP is to get a new SIM card and hard reset your phone. Bytedance already have your SIM card ICCID number in their database. If you use the old SIM card in a new phone they still can track you.
TikTok is also banned in China. When people talk about TikTok in China they mean Douyin which is another app with the same functionality but a different algorithm as described in the video.

On one side I dislike tt but on the other hand fb/ig were doing a terrible job as a ad platform. So many business get blocked on meta for no reason and creating a new acc is pain in the ass

Tik Toxic is on the verge of being banned, and I wish they would hurry up and do it. These kids are so addicted, and it’s so hard as a parent to eradicate it from their lives. The only thing is Instagram is setting itself up to be the replacement and will likely be no different.

My brother is addicted to tiktok. Tiktok made him more and more frustrating to deal with. He keeps repeating viral jokes, he doesnt want to help others and lets the women in the house do everything for him, and he just sits in his room all day on tiktok and its sad because I never thought my own brother would be addicted to something like that because ik hes smarter then that and ik hes a good person. But tiktok changed him. Everytime we fight for him to get off. I feel bad for him so glad this might come to an end.
Lol just turn off the wifi and tell him can't use it until 1 hour in the evening. Hell thank you.

In India Tiktok was on its peak when some of them began an argument with youtubers which led to a massive war between both and intial downfall of tiktok and more to it indian government soon banned Tiktok over clashes with China.
My TikTok account wasn’t just disabled but my actual device was banned from using it! This was because I’m a military veteran who was sharing my own personal experiences & I had just started blowing up.
Meanwhile I’ve had 2 Facebook accounts disabled & deleted along with my Instagram. 🤷🏽♀️ it’s all being monitored & I find it ironic how some of us are shadow banned the way we are. 🙄 I wasn’t sharing anything secret either!

Also it has changed the internet. In 2017 teens were much more cooler than now the content was actually good back then and the way internet worked. I just went through the old days and i feel that time on the internet was way to better than what it is now.

TikTok was one of the best tools available for Canadians during the Trucker protest. While Facebook/Twitter and everything else was censored, TikTok still allowed Canadians to see what was happening live. I assume that was because their censorship was lagging but it's still an important point to consider.
It doesn't fit his agenda, banning some app isn't gonna make things better it will only make those criminal governments control people more and more. Instagram is millions more worse than TikTok but the governments agenda isn't for the better of the population but about control.

Theres still FB,snap chat,UA-cam shorts and LinkedIn. These are all similar in a sense you just scroll mindlessly. You just need to encourage yourself to really focus on something you want to learn and be disciplined to not click anything you did not anticipate thus removing control from what is expected of you to click and or watch. I hate TikTok so much, there’s a literal account posting cropped and edited csa material that I TRIED REPORTING but all I got was “aCcOuNt WaS nOt BrEaKiNg ToS”, this makes me mad so much, and there are so many accounts selling or begging for illegal material that I reported. It’s unbelievable and disgusting!!!!!!!

I love the breakdown, Pat. Ultimately, we wage war for the good side by spending our energetic currency, attention currency, and literal currency in the right spots. Meaning, 1) energetic currency = spend energy putting action into things that directly improve your personal life and situation, 2) attention currency = what creators are you watching and on what platforms, and 3) literal currency = where are we buying from online? Are we purchasing groceries local, organic, etc.. This is the power we have in a capitalistic, free country and so many Americans in particular just don't understand how to make REAL change happen.

That's not true. The user has to grant the app or site permissions for many functions like notifications, location, camera, microphone etc.
Comparing viewership numbers from Tik Tok to Instagram is like comparing Apples to Oranges. Potentially different demographics and therefore having a different content approach would be needed.
What would have made this somewhat comparable is informing us of the the age brackets for your UA-cam and Instagram audiences? I am assuming your audience are mainly in their mid 20's/30's and above demographic (based on how long Valuetainment has been around and the younger 20 something year old's like I was when I came across Valuetainment, now in their early 30's).
Tik Tok is catered for the younger demographic with most of the "popular" Tik Tok videos having the surprise/shock/quick fix-promise factor rather than content that actually has evidence based, value type content. The amount of trashy financial videos that do well on Tik Tok is just one example. The "Get rich quick" mentality always seem to blow up viewership counts on Tik Tok, where a viewer only needing to sign up to a course for a "heavily" discounted price is an example of what is wrong with not just the platform, but where society is heading in general...
I literally don't associate myself with people who use this platform. It is so utterly embarrassing. All those dance challenges and lip synching, I once almost started to cry out of sheer embarrassment when a friend showed me what our ex friends do on this absurd app.
I think it’s moved on from the dancing stuff for the majority of people over 20 now.
Most people I know just get fed Tate clips and random funny stuff now.
I hate TikTok, I had to erase it. So many are addicted to tiktok, I can't even hangout with them, all they do is be stuck to TikTok.
