I feel for this lady. She has her own life, her own priorities. She needs a reliable car. She doesn't need drama, BS, and new expenses. She's clearly just trying to be responsible and take care of things, but she doesn't know cars, so people try to take advantage of her. Ugh. Makes me sick.

I had a 95 windstar that was over full before and some time after it turned out to be an ecu that was causing an injector to fire all the time. We reflashed it but did not fix it, ended up replacing ecu, and it solved the issue.
To be fair, some manufacturers are known to use dabs of RTV over the gap where a front cover gasket would meet with the valve cover gasket. Ford's 5.4 liter comes to mind, as does GM and the lacking end seals on their intake manifolds, back in the day. Technically, you were supposed to let the RTV cure before use which could explain why he said to leave it alone until the next day. Couldn't tell what motor this was, but it's possible he was trying to be on the safe side. Don't know what to say about the oil level being overfull though.

Yoooo Matt I love your videos, I wish you could make more and post every hour of everyday but I know that means you’d be working 24/7 which I’m sure feels like you already do 😅 keep it up bro you’re awesome!
I would love to see you maybe start doing live streams for some of these “special case” jobs you have, would be really insightful and would make these videos even more educational than they already are! 🤘🏻🔥much love from Texas
Ok so i completely agree on your assumption of the crap job and not wanting to be there when its done but ive done a couple jobs with my dad head gaskets intake and valve cover etc but he always afterwards he tells me to wait about 250 miles before i start beating it (i gotta lead foot and love to hear that motor scream) and i have yet to have any problems but of course we always have fuilds topped off
@@peachyclean93 yeah seriously 😂 you dont really know until you or someone you know buys one.. it sucks that you cant buy new vehicle nowadays knowing its gonna last forever will minor issues
does gasket maker not need to sit to cure/harden up? they say to wait 24 hours. i always do that workin on bikes (i only use it where the manual specifically calls it) and it always does the job.
Yes. BUT The right stuff can be immediately put back into service. I have a caulk gun tube of that I use in place of RTV. Once done, squirt out a tiny nib to seal the tube. One $40 tube lasts me 6 months.
what's the whining noise when the car is on at 8:07 ? my car makes the same noise but when I look it up I get conflicting things? Power steering pump going bad? Belt giving out?
Please tell me that you drained the oil out of the engine before starting it!!! Definitely can't leave it like that because a customer will drive it.. PLEASE DON'T EDIT YOUR VIDEOS DOWN, PLEASE PLAY THE ENTIRE THING AND UPLOAD IT AFTER YOU FIX IT AND ITS GOOD TO GO
I have started watching these videos a day or two ago.....I feel like 90% of these videos tease us but we never know if he fixed it. Feel like he is diagnosing but not ever showing the fix. Is that the basic premise of the channel to just diagnose? Why is he running it with that other liquid in the oil? I am so confused on this one

That’s a mess Mathew run faraway from this job 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Matt needs his own show on Netflix or something.

Walmart is notorious for not tightening the drain bolt
Or over-tightening, or under-filling, or over-filling...
Just don't go there.
I thought you weren’t going to call that out lol “don’t drive it much” after a valve cover job lmfao 🤣 that triggered me 😂😂
Love the way you formatted this video with commentary in between keep the videos coming
same, that has to be so much work to edit - thank you Matt for the awesome vids
You got rizz for the gals 😂😂 and car knowledge. Good Man.
Matt needs to advertise his oil change service more, and he would stop a lot of issues 😂
Man, first things first. Drain that oil and put some fresh in before running it overfilled with diluted oil 😩

Gotta be careful with those high pressure fuel pumps, they like to leak fuel into the oil

And why would she put 2 quarts of oil in it? Not exactly a Walmart fault.
Is there a full video???
Have you done a video on the malibus and equinox when the vacuum pump grenades and it spins that reluctant wheel out of line on the camshaft ?
