Matt I gotta say: I love seeing you get the younger generation involved in your work, odds are at least a few of the kids you speak to will remember their interaction with you and be inspired to become a mechanic themselves one day, especially the ones who might not have a positive male role model in their life. Keep doing the Lord’s work, Matthew! God bless and much love❤️
Super dope of you to take time to show the kid the tools and what you’re doing hands on, means a lot to kids these days! Maybe he’ll wanna be able to use his hands to tinker one day too
What a cool dude you are man! That little boy will never forget that..I used to work with my dad, he owns a towing company. These videos make me miss the interactions I had with genuine nice people
Not sure where this guy lives but I would pay his travel expenses to work on my car NO MATTER HOW FAR IT IS. awesome. An honest mechanic is like a unicorn.
Cool to show little man the tool. I'm sure he'll remember that. Every chance I get when working with tools, I'll show the grandkids how it works. Cheers brother.
Savage + Sabotage = Savatage. The person who previously worked on her car was a savage and sabotaged her car. New term to me, but I like it. As always, love the content Matt.
Hope that sparks a passion in that young man! Good job letting him check out your impact gun on your truck! It hurts nothing and it only took a min. That one min interaction could spark that young man’s interest in a good profession! Awesome video
Napoleon once said, "Never ascribe to malice that which is adequately explained by incompetence." Sabotage or extreme sloppiness? All I see is someone who unplugged something, connected it incorrectly, then tried to do an engine flush but failed to follow directions.
Man I wish you were in the new jersey area you do such good work and also care about the customers cars. Your sucha a genuine person Matt keep it up god bless you n your family
Absolutely love these videos man, im able to fix litterally anything on my vehicle with your confidence and some of your know how with electronics, you are a great guy and keep doing what you do man,
Funny how y'all talking crap when he fixed it on the title. 😂 Maybe I was helping him out with a word he didn't know how to spell. Dude said Incompetence.. 😂
Her dude and his buddy just wanted to charge her to fix the car so they could take her money and go smoke. lol. Hey Matt, what did the oil look like after you drained it?
The cord backwards told me sabatoge, even a crackhead doing a side mission knows what a plug feels like plugged in. Plus I don’t see why it would get unplugged in the first place. “Make sure it’s hidden and next dude who work on it thinks it was a mistake.” Next Day “Boi you thought hidden was under the cover you worked on and why you ain’t just barely leave it unplugged instead of bakwards.”
I own a shop in PA. I have broken many things that were totally my own fault. I have broken many things that had nothign to do with me. If say that tube is brittle and crumbling to nothing thats not my fault if it breaks and the customer pays.
What is going on here? Build breaking stuff in to the price? Really? I’m not even sure I have broken many things that had nothing to do with me even means? The way it works is you’ll know before doing a job the risks of which parts break commonly or can’t be reused. Everything needs to broken down with the customer from jump. If you break it you broke it and you pay for it. You’re good to charge extra under a different listing that was explained and signed off on with the customer beforehand.
@@alexandergunaka666 Correct. For example, instead of charging $100 an hour for labor, charge $105. That extra $5 is a slush fund to throw in an occasional something, or replace a piece of brittle 10 year old plastic that breaks without bugging the customer. Better than making a call saying your car needs an extra $30 repair done to it. Are a lot of items being broken, No. but it happens and a mechanic/shop should not have to eat the cost.
@@mph5896 Thats not how it works. I give an Estimate for repair. Parts and labor breakdown. Its an estimate. What it actually takes to get a job down can vary. Again If Im working on something and say that PCV tube in the video. If I grab it and it breaks instantly and if its brittle and crumbling Its not my fault it broke. The customer gets charged for it. If Im a dumbass and I break something and its in good shape then I take it out of my pocket and fix it. I once had to buy someone a radiator because I broke it.

Yeah you mustve missed when he took the oil filter off and said he was changing the oil first before he re-ran the diagnostic.
Her dude and his buddy just wanted to charge her to fix the car so they could take her money and go smoke. lol. Hey Matt, what did the oil look like after you drained it?
I wanted to see too 😭
@@ada-ey3xd I wonder what it smelled like too. Kerosene?

Don’t say do you see how watery the oil is. You go you have water in your oil. You’re burning yourself, dude..

Eh, just build it into the price of all jobs. A little extra in case something breaks. Basically an insurance fund so you don't bother the customer.
