This guy has it made he does something he loves and does honest work for a fair price even if he dosent blow up on UA-cam i Im saying like 2 million followers i bet he still lays his head down peacefully at night knowing he did the right thing! Keep going matt, im ready to see you get your service truck!
There’s no orfice tube in a expansion valve system just the Txv valve. Txv systems will have drier/accumulator (aka desiccant bag) on the high side. Orifice tubes will have drier/accumulator only on the cold side. No system will have both. Hope someone finds this helpful
My ac system had a front and rear expansion valve. I replaced the rear expansion valve and the rear orfice tube last week. Would there be an orfice tube at my front expansion valve also ?
Matt, love that this video is formatted better and fills the screen on PC on youtube. Previously it had a border that wouldn't fill the whole screen on a PC. Keep this formatting!
Let me say what Parker won't. The leak that's coming from "back there" is the evaporate core inside the dash. I guarantee you that when the guy installed that evaporator core, he broke something else and that's why the leak started again after just 2 weeks as the guy stated. The compressor is the least of this guy's problems. That's the deal!
I feel you on just wanting more of the pie yourself, im also a diesel mechanic changing clutches, transmissions, head work (valve seals, injectors, etc. Its not easy work and not everyone does it just like you said yet i feel underpaid😂 Keep going and thanks for the motivation to be more.
Guarantee he didn’t pull a vacuum after leaking all the refrigerant so there’s definitely air in the system. That coupled with the strain killed that compressor
I was going to smash the like button like always do but this time the like was close the demon number of triple 6s once it get pass that I'll smash the like
I have a 2013 ford f350 and didn't have ac they charged me 12k to fix it and couldn't figure out why my compressor wouldn't kick on I went home started looking around and found my feed was missing a fuse
How would i add pag oil in without having to drain the system. I found out after changing some o-rings and filling the system that i should have added a tiny bit of oil .....
@@vicpetrishak7705 I do believe it is low because truck sat for years till I bought it I don't know how long it was dripping for.I seen green liquid dripping from the bad cracked o- rings that seals the hoses going to a/c
Then this so called mechanic agrees with the guy saying that it's the condenser The condenser is not in the air box the condenser in front of the radiator
I’m going to guess since you want to talk junk on Parker you probably watch Roadside Rescue videos and think that guy is a great mechanic. Parker bets that guy all around.
Bro is JACKED
but does he have stamina, bet he gets winded in 100yards and cant even do firewood

Congrats on 100K Matt. You help a lot of people, often at a below market rate.
If we had a Parker for every state the world would be a better place, Honest, respectful, reliable and knowledgeable
I have an 98 Ford Crown Vic and it's a virgin system and it still runs perfectly

Yes. I was thinking evaporator, not condenser
@@Golgi-Gyges The condensor is in front of the radiator. The Evaporator is in the HVAC box deep in the dash.
@@klwthe3rd yes, I know that.
What are you talking about?
@@klwthe3rd I did go to school for HVAC, you know
Matt misspoke. That is why I commented.
Exactly my thoughts too, that compressor would be the last thing I’d touch, gotta get that leak fixed first

Dude love your videos! Keep it up!
Man I need you in Michigan
The guy was cool n humble
I can help you with website stuff if you need - won’t charge you, I’ve set up dropshipping stores, ran clothing businesses, etc so lmk
Helping an honest mechanic 👍
Definitely need you in dallas
Matt & Scotty kilmer, must follows
My guy right here looks like a RB.
Dude, look at your channel grow!
If the compressor is not leaking just change the clutch on the front
Man the upper radiator house looks like it’s compromised on itself.
Jump the switches.
Did you jump the AC compressor to make sure it's not coming on?
Let’s go!!
Like some others have said, do not assume the compressor is bad. On a car I had, the compressor wouldn't even get power if the pressure is too low.
Dude, he topped up the pressure, and confirmed that there's power getting to the compressor. He's got this..
You can check it for leaks right there ?
Ac blower motor n resistor ?
Guarantee he didn’t pull a vacuum after leaking all the refrigerant so there’s definitely air in the system. That coupled with the strain killed that compressor
i enjoy your videos but why the video dont get bigger when going horizontal view
Is your employee going to wear a go-pro too?

What’s it doing?
How would i add pag oil in without having to drain the system. I found out after changing some o-rings and filling the system that i should have added a tiny bit of oil .....
I think they make pressurized pag oil cans that you can add through the low pressure side. Just like if you were topping off with Freon.
Google ac oil and dye injector. What year and make is the car. Cuz you need correct adapter (R-134a or R-1234yf)
Nvm duhhh pag is normally R-134A
Amazon has A/C refrigerant oil injectors . I do not believe you lost enough oil to worry about it .
@@vicpetrishak7705 I do believe it is low because truck sat for years till I bought it I don't know how long it was dripping for.I seen green liquid dripping from the bad cracked o- rings that seals the hoses going to a/c
The ford is not that hard to do. Jump on a escalade. NOT FUN. LOL

He meant to say heater core
