I think this area has aspects of nearly all of the New Vegas DLCs barring Honest Hearts (although maybe the valley itself could be if you think about it) 🤣
The fact that my camps at the very bottom of the Savage Divide rarely get traffic but now theyre in a prime spot with the map expansion makes me very happy. I was also just in Shenandoah National Park and a lot of WV last summer so this is cool

This all honestly hinges on Its ability to inject a sizable amount of content into the game which is long overdue. so many things that had me shocked from wahts available. The Mutant turkeys are a hilarious addition, the Robot Nuke Raid Bosses is cool, the locations are very much different and nice looking, but 2 things stand out most to me: First is this Communist Enemy type. Clearly this is NOT the same as the Pre War Ghouls we fight in the wastelanders expansion, in fact they seem like a different beast entirely. This almost seems like a Organized Gang of raiders akin to the Gunners that has taken the mantle of the communists and adopted their ideologies and beliefs. This was something im honestly surprised was never really explored in a fallout game till now, as we see and look at all this lore of Communists saboteurs and underground chinese com stations from before the bombs and what not, but never really the idea of the Communist's Ideas and beliefs actually being taken in by Post War Americans and forming essentially a rebirth of The Communist party. Secondly is the Lost Dwellers and Vault 63. Clearly, from what i gathered only from this video, is that Vault 63 has something to do with possibly weather control, or harnessing natural energy from storms, which i feel could explain the actual atmosphere of the landscape, and the clear presence of the weather control station (maybe even the weather control devices we got for our CAMPS was a foreshadowing to our future quests). But what confuses me is what happened to these vault dwellers. This clearly seems like a situation akin to The Marked Men of Lonesome road, where the landscape somehow changed and morphed these Vault Dwellers of Vault 63, but what made them these electrically charged insane dwellers? did the storms electrocute Vault 63 with directed lightning strikes? is the Energy gathered from this vault being used as a chem? or is being exposed to the ennviroment of this new region enough to change the humans that go within it? alot of questions i hope to be explained in the near future.
Its cool that they didnt use the communist power armor on that group, since that armor is from the chinese. Also, that dweller engineer armor looks awesome, the heavy security is cool too.

I just got into 76 in the last year, and I am very glad they are still adding good content. It had a rocky start but it really is a blast with friends
