What about the composer, what a great arrangement. This orchestra has a brilliant French horn section, & the singer has perfect pitch. Overall just sublime!!
Das is ein Medley vom "Once Upon a Time in the West" Soundtrack oder wie wir bildungsfernen Mitbürger sagen: "Spiel mir das Lied vom Tod". Dexter hat mit dem Film und dem Soundtrack in etwa soviel zu tun, wie Toastbrot mit dem Spaceshuttle!
Rapaz, como comentado aqui, tudo é lindo mas após os 4:40 é especial, quando a sra solta a voz é como se estivesse flutuando, a gente viaja num mundo de fantasias, esquecemos os problemas e ficamos maravilhados, lindo demais!!!
@Dosenfutterfisch das müsste "birth of a city" sein glaube aber der track, vor allem der gesang, wurde hierfür nicht 1:1 übernommen "finale" "a bed too large" und "jill's america" sind dem auch noch recht ähnlich
@tobiwan21: die "Ah´s" erinnern mich nur immer an Zahnarztbesuche ... :) Für mich hat das "Uh" im Original eine ganz besondere Kraft. Und Morricone hat sich sicher etwas dabei gedacht ... Mit dem sauberer-Töne-treffen hast du aber natürlich Recht und das ist wahrscheinlich beim Live-singen besser geeignet. Jonas
@JonasBunse Bei "ah" kommen die Töne sauberer. Hab jahrelang selber im Chor gesungen. Bei höheren Tönen ist es besser wenn man den Mund weit offen hat.

Die spaghettiwestern mit Bud spenser brauchst Du nicht anzuschauen,..den da liegen Welten dazwieschen....die beiden (obengenannte) sind auch Meisterwerken..und die Musik einzigartig!!! ciao

As a musician it can get pretty hot under intense lights. You yry conducting, moving your arms constantly. It won't take you long to work up a sweat.
