Rota: whatever he touched turned to gold..... he was an avatar from another dimension. Music is the greatest gift of the muses, and Rota was a faithful and inspired devotee....
I danced "La strada" Ballet in 1989 at the Arena di Verona with Carla Fracci and Luigi Martelletta and i remember the pas de deux music that was awesome. I Wonder why they never play it in any La strada suite. Even on UA-cam it's impossibile to find why? Please help me to find it. It was amazing!! At the premiére Giulietta Masina was there and came on stage to congratulate with us... I'm still shivering. Magic moments...
INFORMATION: This is a suite from the 'La Strada' BALLET SUITE, that Nino Rota composed/adapted from his music for Fellini's "La Strada" film. While much of the music is present (and originally) from the film, there are parts - such as at 7:24 (which, to the best of my knowledge is simply titled "Rumba") - that are new for the ballet. A perusal copy of the conductor's score is commercially available, and I've got mine coming in the mail (any day now).
From "the Road". Typical Nino Rota well orchestrated and played . . . this is another flick that you should take the time to see and especially listen to the music.
Ten years later. But PLEASE learn to read. It's "La Strada." That's the REAL sin. Your not knowing about this film. And not knowing how to read a title.
Nino Rota and Fellini always worked together....the best italians films and the wonderfull music.....

What's the soundtrack at 7:24?
Hmmm... der Klingler Florian spielt da ja mit, ist der nicht bei den Münchnern Philharmonikern angestellt?
07:28 best part
😁
They used a digital keyboard? No. Just no.
Ja, ja, der hat ausgeholfen, kommt immer mal vor bei Krankheit der Kollegen !
Dumb ending. That jazz version is nowhere in the film. Ugh.
"Waltz" and "Love theme" from The Godfather? epic fail not including them.
Agustín Martinez these are not parts of la strada. Even when its the same composer...
You not understanding those are from different films and not La Strada? Epic fail to show such a lack of intelligence.
