    According to her: -
    Breakfast - only fruits ( should not eat all fruits together → eat them separately)
    Lunch:- salad half hour before your meal
    Supper/ dinner:- only fruits

    My grandfather grew apples, and my mother and grandmother always are fruits Many of these came from neighboring farms. Store bought is not too good, they should be grown naturally, there really is a difference

    Hi Wow always was having fruits after lunch and dinner
    - it's a waste
    got it now Will have after a break
    If Vegetarian Can v also leave Dairy products Is a huge trend in upper circles today
    Lactofree meals Substitute it with plant based Soya or Almond milk
    Like a gluten-free trend made us leave wheat chapatis

    Fruits should not be taken at night specially of cold potency like as Banana, as it induces "kapha "dosh

      Yes any fruit shd be taken noon afternoon or evening by 4)5 pm, not beyond 5 pm, becoz after sunset vit c cannot get absorbed properly, a homeopath doctor once told this to me.

    ✔️Avoid juices because eating them normally is healthy
    ✔️eat fruits separately from your routine food. You can eat fruits instead of other food/ between meals
    ✔️ eat a variety of fruits, don’t eat too much of one fruit
    ✔️

    Could you please make a video for ischemia please. This is not a stroke yet, but low blood and oxygen flowing to brain. Took MRI to check why 1 ear couldn't hear well. Since it's the start, what's the best that can be done immediately please. What foods to eat and what to avoid for full healing please

    I was drinking so much water which force me to go to bathroom 7 times a day
    I stooped drinking too much water and eat the fruits. So much better

    Is it wise to combine different fruits together? Like certain fruits are acidic and others are not. What's your recommendation on it?

      Don't combine. Never combine melons with anything. You can eat apple n papaya together. Eat banana separate. It's best not to mix.

    Mam, Is it good to soak oats, 1¹/2 tbsp chia seeds, 5 dried cranberries and blueberries, 3 walnuts, 3 pistachios in milk along with some almond milk and honey overnight in refrigerator and have it for breakfast

      Namaste. It is advised to avoid combining different fruits together, as it is considered virudahar. Combining different fruits together is discouraged due to potential incompatibility or adverse reactions in the body according to Ayurvedic principles. Hope this helps

      It is so because fruits are naturally cool in nature so eating fruits late at night when there's no sun in the sky can cause kapha imbalance and it also causes digestion problems, but it could be eaten at 5..6 in the evening

      There's nothing "prohibited" in Ayurveda or any Hindu scripture. These are ideals they recommend based on what's good and bad for the body...

    MD said that we should eat fruit with protein and fat to slow down sugar spike in blood for diabetics and prediabetics. We can eat fruits after a meal like chinese people do or after eating some nuts, seeds. If I eat fruits alone on empty stomach without protein and fat, I feel spacy, dizzy. If I eat with protein like nuts, cheese, meat, chicken, I feel satisfied, good. So please explain to us which way is correct: Eat fruit alone or with a meal? Thank you.
