    Apple 0:57, 2:27, 2:46, 2:54 Minimize juices, instead eat them up. 3:36. 3:45 avoid refrigerated fruits, 5:02 can eat fruits best is morning to 4pm (2hrs before/after meals).

    4. Avoid refrigerated foods
    5. Eat fruits from morning till 4pm

    Clicked on this to see if our views on fruits were similar, because if they were, then I will trust your advice in other videos, and I'm so happy to see that your tips are almost the exact same ones I give and follow!! Except for the refrigerated fruits- I had no idea about that, but you are SO right, because when I take my apples out of the fridge and time goes by while I eat, once they are room temperature I noticed that my digestion and elimination is WAY better, so thank you for bringing that to my attention!!! Fruit is LIFE!!

    There's five points
    1.avoid peeled fruit
    2.don't get direct fruit juice, get it with fruit
    3.don't eat with food ,eat after or before 1 hours of meal
    4. Right time of eat fruits
    Morning to 4pm.
    5.avoided refrigated fruit or after normal temperature eat it.

    ✓Don't peel the skin off
    ✓Never eat fruits along with meals
    ✓Minimise the consumption of fruits in juice form
    ✓Avoid refrigerated food( atleast keep it out for an hour or half hour)

      One more thing to be added is that
      Eat only seasonal fruits
      Do not store cut fruits for more than 30min. As its nutrition level goes down.

    this was perfect. most of this i do right about some i didn’t know like the refrigerator fruits. i only put my melons and berries in there but now i will make sure i take them out

    Some say remove peel so that the chemicals that are being sprayed on it do not effect and also apple peel is like plastic and does not go through just like plastic.
    Now maa had said this, happily will eat as it is like used to previously.

    Those who are growing apples and exporting have told me that you should peel skin of apple, because there are maximum chemicals stored... 75%

    To retain moisture, apples, pears are given a wax coat. So removing the skin is healthier than eating with it, I guess. Or, a rinse with warm water mixed with baking soda is of any help?

      We can eat fruits together, except for melon. That should be kept alone. And in food combos, try to make something like a banana, and a soursop. Those are both sweet fruits and aren't acidic. Make the right combos and then it's fine!

    Fruits should be eaten first thing in the morning. Because your system is fresh and it needs more vitamins and minerals and eating after having any other thing is mixed in digestive track and hence not very nutritional. Eat at least 5% of your weight as fruits till 12 in the morning from Morning till 12 it will have a very good effect on your health. Some people eat 10% of their weight as fruits. They are very healthy and have bursting energy inside. If you want to drink tea drink it after 12 in the morning after half an hour or an hour after eating fruits.
    Eat raw salad without salt half hour before lunch. Then eat lunch eat 50% salad and rest 50 % if you can do it in dinner also you will be thin like a wafer and very energetic. Your sleep time will also reduce. And stomach also. God bless you all

    Mam apples are coated with wax to make them shine, other fruits are also coated so wise to peel them.

      Soaked them in baking powder solution before eating them it will remove or kill all the harms.

      Even in vinegar or salt water. U can soak them in 11.5ph water, it removes all wax, colour, pesticides and insecticides

    In the country that I live most fruits are covered with wax. There's a thick coat of wax on apples and pears, peaches, plums, etc. So, we must peel them.
