Finally someone that knows what they are talking about saying its better to cook your vegetables , i knew this from experience , when i eat raw i get bloated and dont feel good at all, my stomach hurts and my temples throb , but when i cook broccolli, or cabbage or whatever i feel great ! Tired of some people allways saying eat Raw, i will pass on that lol

At least in USA, frozen veg often has more nutrients than those we buy "fresh" on the shelves. They flash freeze them right after picking/processing, preserving nutrients which slowly leak away as they sit on the shelves in the produce section.
What a lovely soul. Such a blessing to have found her exceptional videos. Thank you so much for sharing your precious wisdom.

I'm doing the right thing then...peel if needed and cook immediately. Stalks are kept for soups and stews.
I've always preferred my veggies in big chunks... now I know why 😋

I guess for the comparison between raw and cooked vegetables there is a mistake : the cooked spinach would have more calcium but we keep the same volume unit comparison (1 cup), or the cooked spinach shrink a lot, so one cooked spinach cup represents a lot of raw spinach, no ?
Thank you for sharing this information.
It’s an eye opener. 🙏❤️🙏
So my mother has been doing it the correct way. Sorry Maa. Thank you 🙏 Maa

very good you mentioned about people washing veg in bleach and chemicals, same applies for utensils also, we have to wash in plant based medium otherwise cheimcals reach our body too... cooking actually spoil the nutrition of veg, later u told steaming... which is recommended ..pls beware of chopping on plastique board will do...we get a good nutrition from plastique too...dhanyavadham

Thanks for this valueble lessons. Could you please do a video of good food for IBS. As IBS sufferes cannot consume lots of good food like garlic, onions, apples, cabbage, and milk. As a result severe constipation and really suffering. Could you please help with this one. 🙏
Wow, amazing insight!!👍👏
Cleared lot of doubts.
Thank you madam.
thank you very much. I'm learning a lot .
The reason most people resort to peeling fruits and vegetables is because the farmers use too much chemicals to prevent rot and bugs, to grow and bear perfect fruits in large amounts. Insecticides, fungicide and other chemicals as well as post harvest preservatives waxes then stick to the skin which do not wash away easily with just water. So we peel it off.
Very good advice thanks mam.
Thank u for this informative video.Mam, can u plz suggest whether washing vegetables in cooking soda reduces it's nutritive value.

Many people eat raw vegetables for 70 years and never visited a doctor...Including my dad who expired at the ripe age of 91 years.
eating vegetable raw in salads has its own benefits but certain foods like tomatoes provide more benefits when cooked as shown in the video.
Not every one has the same gut and not everyone is lucky enough
Wonderful, thanks Ma

May I ask your opinion on juicing? I receive amazing energy from juicing. My skin, eyes, hair...etc always looks & I feel great! Thank You! Knowledge is power. I will no longer soak in apple cyder vinegar. Rinsing in tap water? Distilled or Spring is a much better choice?
Thank You
Purely,
Leslie

Is baking powder safe for washing vegetables?
Thank you doctor!!! 🤗🤗
Very useful tips
You are really amazing amma
In the U.S., the soil hasn’t been used properly in decades. It is mineral deficient. Vegetables get their vitamins and minerals from the soil they’re grown in.
Also, they are smothered in chemicals such as glyphosate, and chemicals in the water used to irrigate them.
Those chemicals are found in the peels.
That is why certain foods i buy only organic - like apples, strawberries, berries and leafy greens which tend to have more fertilizer n pesticides! bananas n avocado i don’t worry so much.
Pls make a video on ligament tear and meniscus tear of knee
