Really appreciate the effort put into the build and mad respect for braap and bad boi drifts. But if you want to do even mildly serious offroading with it, that's the worst place to put the intercooler. The cold air intake should be replaced with an airbox and a snorkel fitted to it closer to the stock position and move the intercooler where the new intake is.
We don't want blah blah blah just drive the damn car
what if a functioning snorkel is fitted with turbo, does it affect the power output ?
it will be tuned to compensate (if snorkel fit by them probably)

Putting Air filter Right In front Off Radiator Is Good For Regular Car But Not Good For An Off-road Vehicle.
The entire engine ECU is changed is it? Since Jimny has a new gen Motronic system, I can't see how the ECU's air system and the Torque monitoring diagnostics supports the Turbo.

Can we install turbo for brezza 1.5 petrol
This turbo is designed by AVO for Jimny's K 15b engine. Brezza comes with 15c.
What would be the price of just the turbo kit?
The turbo is good but the drive line can't handle the extra load, final drive systems gearbox etc will start to wear out prematurely as the material quality is debatable. Tastefully worked vehicle, thankyou for the review!
Gear ratios should be modified too
@@keshavkaushik7945 just play around with the ideal tire sizes and gearing can be fine tuned or invest in portal axles for your desired overall gear ratio! For my use the engineering and design is excellent, just that Japanese quality materials will be ideal!

What about emissions compliance? Dont think it would live up to BS6 requirements.
You're not wrong but govt has only given BS6 emission norms at the factory... No PUC center can even check whether any car meets 100% of the BS6 Phase 2 requirements... They only check 1-3 parameters, that's all.
This may change in the future but I think it will take a long time

I couldn't find any where what had been done to improve the Braking set-up.
Get better tires, brake fluids, and down shift while braking! Improve your driving skills, the brakes on the Jimny are excellent! Do you mean ADAS?

Can u pls share more details of the turbo job done? I mean, how the other engine components , gear box, drive line, differential, brakes etc. are going to handle the extra 50 % power n extra 64% torque? What about emission compliance and amendments in the car's papers (RC, road tax, insurance etc.)? I own an Alpha Automatic Jimny. If u have satisfactory replies to my questions, I may be interested in fitting the turbo kit. I apologize for being blunt, but this kind modifications are mostly gimmicks n have very limited practical and legal use. Thank you.

try to contact the tuning house that does these modifications to get your answer. As per me, you should upgrade the brakes if you're increasing power output, clutch can most probably tolerate this of much of extra power and so the rest mechanical parts. And yeah legality and fun don't often come along🌚
@@nilaydas7986 Thanks Nilay. How can someone drive an illegal car? I'm an engineer myself and handle many large engines ( really large ones). I don't think that the existing driveline will be able to handle the increased power n torque. Even if it does for sometime, reliability will be compromised.
