I am driving 2010 Renault Scenic in UK which is 1.9 diesel tune to stage 1 from 130 bhp to 180 bhp and Torque of 270 mn to 380 mn. It really works provided it's tuned by professional where mapping file is tried and tested. Because it's very common in Europe, these files are readily available. For Indian cars these remapping can go horribly wrong.
@@xampleasd1340 this is interesting part which I think is missed in this video. Fuel efficiency actually increases with remapping and running. I used to get 45 MPG post stage 1 remap I am getting 50 MPG. Regarding Tax slab I have no idea as I am here only on temporary assignment.

G-Power sort of tunes on BMW cars. There are others as well like Power Division, ABT Sportline. All these companies tune the cars so well, there will be no other cars nearby. It'll be expensive but it can tune a sleeper so good that it can eat up supercars 2x or 3x its price. Like the 1000 HP BMW M5 CS by G-Power, 1200+ HP Audi RS7 by Power division, a lot other Brabus Tuned Mercedes and Porsche. They're mad.

@@anirbandey303 Cold air intake does nothing except for the increased induction roar, this should be supported by a tune and accordingly tuned exhaust to make some actual power. On naturally aspirated engines, ecu remaps aren't worth the money, turbodiesels shine with remap and so do turbo-petrols but again there are cars like Nexon where these tunes cannot do anything owing to poorly incorporated TCS and electronic systems.

Hamari normal gadi ke traha engine itna 'weak' nai banta hai unka. unke engine bada hota hai, gear box bada hota hai, sab ache quality and light weight ke bante hai. lekin unka mileage sabse kam hota hai kyunki Petrol consumption inte bada aur powerful engine ke baje se hota hai.

4-5 years back, Out of curiosity I contacted Code6 Tuning. I have a Tata Bolt XT, 1.2L 4cyl turbo diesel which makes 75hp & 190nm. Pumping it to 100-110hp would have costed me around 18k. That was my first incident where i got hooked up to indian tuning culture.
Tuned my f36 Bimmer with B58 engine to stage 1 tune. Car already has MPPSK kit from the factory. Car is working fine since I tuned it in 2019. I have also changed the stock down pipe to VRSF and the air intake just to be on the safe side. It is producing around 435 HP on the dyno now.

concrete has better longevity and stays "maintanence free" for long if done properly and since nittu ji has done it himself it will stay the same for half a generation
Concrete roads should be allowed for expansion joints which makes discontinuity in road surface creating same effect as trains. Cons of road is cracks due to high temperatures. As digging of road is not easy there is difficulty in maintenance of pipes, ofc and other services under the road. Pros are more as the road is good even if it rains more and no need to repair roads after every rainy season.
Concrete (Cement) roads last longer and require less maintenance. They can handle heavier loads, making them suitable for trucks & high-traffic areas. They have much better heat resistance, good for the road and your car tyres. Asphalt can soften in hot weather and crack in cold weather. They get worn out much quicker. High traffic or Heavy loads can easily damage them. Concrete roads have ridges and are built at a slight angle to stop water accumulation. They displace water efficiently and pot holes are very rare, unlike asphalt. Cars won't wobble much if the road is made right. Here in Mumbai, most roads are concrete ones. Little to no difference than asphalt smoothness.

You can opt for switchable maps (I'm assuming there are already driving modes in X700). These maps will ensure Lean Air Fuel ratio by reducing the fuel amount and increasing the air. Also check in the engine bay if the air intake is too congested (twists and turns). In case it is, try changing the intake piping to make it more straight. Also see if it can suck cooler air by keeping it away from the hot metal jacket of turbo and place it closer to headlamps. You can upgrade the intercooler if it's too small.
Other mods are also there. Exhaust headers, high lift camshafts, head porting etc. IMO, you should do all mods before getting a turbo. Get the max NA power then go for turbo

It's not just about top end power ecu tuning is a wide concept, in this video he just explained it in the layman's terms, you can tune the ecu for better low end torque, there are motorsport builds, drag builds etc
I’ve decided to tune my Gypsy in a more unconventional way-not for the streets, but for off-road and broken roads. It's a 2010 BS3 with OBD2, and the first step is gearing adjustments to accommodate slightly larger tires-31X10.5XR15. For suspension, I'll be replacing the bump stops with airbags and adding extra leafs to the leaf spring setup. Also planning to double up the shock absorbers for better stability. I'm tripling the fuel capacity to over 100 liters-because long off-road adventures call for it. Installing either a BMC or K&N air filter along with a snorkel for clean air intake and water wading capabilities. For more power, I’ll be upgrading to larger fuel injectors and a bigger fuel pump, and running braided lines throughout. On top of that, I managed to source a 48V integrated starter generator from a hybrid Suzuki or Toyota from a scrapyard between Surat and Ankleshwar, which should add another 10-15KW of power and improve efficiency. All this will add about 200 kg, but I’ve already removed over 100 kg by stripping out most of the vehicle except for the driver and co-driver seats. Everything is mounted low to maintain a proper center of gravity, even with the taller stance from the tire upgrade. It's all about balance! What do you think? Going for a heavy-duty build with a little tech twist! 😎 Feel free to check out the current build on my channel. It will decrease with the amount of power the car maybe pushing after each map , but people can tune their engines to be more efficient , me personally am not a fan of stage tuning , but rather a fan or individually tuning cars

Basically the injection orsparking is made to happen earlier in the 4 stroke cycle. It’s made to happen a little before TDC-top dead center. This results in higher combustion pressure and increased power.
I fit CNG tank in my alto. And My cars HP is drops from 75hp to 65hp. I guess isse anti- tuning keh sakte he 😅

My brother drives a Volkswagen Polo GTi stage 2 tuned that produces 230 bhp and 450 nm approx torque
I simply installed a cold air intake on my 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer. There is a significant improvement in performance. 🥳

4-5 years back, Out of curiosity I contacted Code6 Tuning. I have a Tata Bolt XT, 1.2L 4cyl turbo diesel which makes 75hp & 190nm. Pumping it to 100-110hp would have costed me around 18k. That was my first incident where i got hooked up to indian tuning culture.

Tuned my f36 Bimmer with B58 engine to stage 1 tune. Car already has MPPSK kit from the factory. Car is working fine since I tuned it in 2019. I have also changed the stock down pipe to VRSF and the air intake just to be on the safe side. It is producing around 435 HP on the dyno now.

Concrete roads should be allowed for expansion joints which makes discontinuity in road surface creating same effect as trains. Cons of road is cracks due to high temperatures. As digging of road is not easy there is difficulty in maintenance of pipes, ofc and other services under the road. Pros are more as the road is good even if it rains more and no need to repair roads after every rainy season.

Concrete (Cement) roads last longer and require less maintenance. They can handle heavier loads, making them suitable for trucks & high-traffic areas. They have much better heat resistance, good for the road and your car tyres.
Asphalt can soften in hot weather and crack in cold weather. They get worn out much quicker. High traffic or Heavy loads can easily damage them. Concrete roads have ridges and are built at a slight angle to stop water accumulation. They displace water efficiently and pot holes are very rare, unlike asphalt.
Cars won't wobble much if the road is made right. Here in Mumbai, most roads are concrete ones. Little to no difference than asphalt smoothness.

Increasing air and decreasing fuel in AFR will improve fuel consumption however there will be power loss.
You can opt for switchable maps (I'm assuming there are already driving modes in X700). These maps will ensure Lean Air Fuel ratio by reducing the fuel amount and increasing the air. Also check in the engine bay if the air intake is too congested (twists and turns). In case it is, try changing the intake piping to make it more straight. Also see if it can suck cooler air by keeping it away from the hot metal jacket of turbo and place it closer to headlamps. You can upgrade the intercooler if it's too small.

It's not just about top end power ecu tuning is a wide concept, in this video he just explained it in the layman's terms, you can tune the ecu for better low end torque, there are motorsport builds, drag builds etc
I’ve decided to tune my Gypsy in a more unconventional way-not for the streets, but for off-road and broken roads.
It's a 2010 BS3 with OBD2, and the first step is gearing adjustments to accommodate slightly larger tires-31X10.5XR15. For suspension, I'll be replacing the bump stops with airbags and adding extra leafs to the leaf spring setup. Also planning to double up the shock absorbers for better stability.
I'm tripling the fuel capacity to over 100 liters-because long off-road adventures call for it. Installing either a BMC or K&N air filter along with a snorkel for clean air intake and water wading capabilities.
For more power, I’ll be upgrading to larger fuel injectors and a bigger fuel pump, and running braided lines throughout. On top of that, I managed to source a 48V integrated starter generator from a hybrid Suzuki or Toyota from a scrapyard between Surat and Ankleshwar, which should add another 10-15KW of power and improve efficiency. All this will add about 200 kg, but I’ve already removed over 100 kg by stripping out most of the vehicle except for the driver and co-driver seats.
Everything is mounted low to maintain a proper center of gravity, even with the taller stance from the tire upgrade. It's all about balance!

U can tune for better mileage as well. It completely depends on what tune your tuner is applying on the ECU.

Basically the injection orsparking is made to happen earlier in the 4 stroke cycle. It’s made to happen a little before TDC-top dead center. This results in higher combustion pressure and increased power.
