@@silence3539 I can't think of a single 50+ year old on steroids that looks like Mike. And not anyone who's been looking like Mike has for 40+ years. Clearly it's not just the roids.
Listening to and watching Mike has helped me so much over the past 5 years I'm the same age as him and I'm in the best condition of my life watching the way he trains has made me Excel thanks man
Hardly anyone has a body like that at that age or really any age. Maybe no one other than him has a body like that right now at that age. He has no loose skin or anything, even with all the cutting and bulking as well. Remarkable human being who really should motivate anyone watching. He's also sick, miserable, very uncomfortable, and feels weak from the intense dieting, yet he has no excuses and still shows up and out lifts everyone feeling like that. Love these kinds of videos.
Not only does he look like that at 54, but he's also doing it all natural. Putting the drug users to shame with his commitment and dedication. It's built into him and others just want to make excuses because they don't have what he does.
@@Thomas-cd6im I would agree that most people online have bad genetics and have no clue what can be achieved naturally. They think everyones on juice because they can't achieve it. Mike is borderline in my opinion since his physique is so great, and achieving that kind of size is usually impossible for a natty. I assumed he was on a very small amount of juice, but it's possible he's natural as well. Regardless he has amazing genetics. His strength is also absolutely insane.
Great video! The timing is spot on. These exercises are awesome. Question for you... have you ever tried Next Level Diet? I got a muscle-building meal plan from them that's worked wonders for me.
people get caught in the natty or not but if you listen to his knowledge about training and see what he is doing you can tell he is one of the top experts in building muscle on this earth. much respect Mike.
Im 50 and when I got really sick last week my doctor told me the first thing I needed to do was take some tren and a tiny bit of anabol and head straight for the gym. He then recommended a great plastic surgeon to get rid of any wrinkles and of course he handed me a dozen duck eggs which he gives to all his patients on their way out the door. Like Mike I felt fucking fantastic by that afternoon and I didnt even have an army of so called "fakenatties" (they look natural to me) to push me through my workout. Quit making excuses and get in the gym you lazy bastards. This isnt some kind of weird science experiment. This is about pushing weight around. You know it and I know it. Titans for life.
I thought this video looked better than the other one. The shots of you doing the most muscular pose, the exposure and color were perfect. The rest of it, I think the highlights need to be brought down a little bit more so we can see the detail of the skin. But as always, the content stands second to none.
Mike, I'm surprised you don't have more subscribers. You should incorporate some more vlog material around your lifestyle outside of the gym, maybe even those things that still correlate with the gym, and the lifting lifestyle. Just a thought I had.
