Lo has probado en un series X?
I'm guessing the Series S is probably 720 to 900p, maybe ray tracing, probably not though? Why bother on that system?
Dead Space original versus remake ¿cuál elegir? es simple:
* juega el original si quieres sentir la misma experiencia de los jugadores que se emocionaron con el tráiler y lo jugaron en PC o en consola en el 2008 con sus mecánicas originales de juego junto que no necesitarás una PC de altos recursos para correrlo así mismo suele obtener muy buenos descuentos en steam
* juega el remake si eres de los que se acompleja por los gráficos de juegos de hace más de 10 años que a pesar de eso para mí gráficamente no envejeció tan mal el Dead Space original. Y también pues si quieres experimentar las nuevas mecánicas del Dead Space remake muchas cosas son similares o idénticas al original pero muchas otras fueron cambiadas sea para bien o para mal.

Eh, the original does not look good at all. It has actually aged much worse than I remember. It's shockingly basic, and the textures and often really muddy. I'm so glad we're well past the PS3/360 gen.
The original was stunning for its time! Playing the remake today, has made me feel like I'm back in 2008 experiencing it for the first time all over again.

@@Maximus20778 In original deadspace, if you aimed with the plasma cutter on a vertical beam for instance, some lasers (out of 3) would hit the beam and the others would go past it, like in real life. But in the remake all 3 lasers will always end and converge at the same distance regardless of where you aim each laser. I was a fun little mechanic that enhanced immersion but doesn't really change gameplay.

a lot of the reasons why the original dead space looks great even today is because they actually considered the artistic presentation to go hand in hand with the graphical capabilities at the time
the same way how silent hill 1 still looks good even today and how shadow of the colossus still holds up
in dead space, they used darkness not just for the atmosphere, but to also make the graphics look dynamic. they also used a lot of the textures for the metal, rust, etc. well.
Lo más llamativo de este juego para mí no era su historia ni sus gráficos, sino su sonido; ahora que éste es inmersivo, no puedo esperar para probarlo.
Creo que al menos deben jugarlo 1 vez todo la historia con audifonos....

I'll never buy this because I played the original so much, it still looks great here, the remake in some places actually looks to sharp, giving it a somewhat overly realistic look, that appears a bit. Hmmm, gamish (which isn't a word). The old one, though more bland has a darker, smokier, kind of realism to it. Which imo is sort of, cooler, if that makes sense ha! Some games can be overly realistic to where it doesn't feel like, a GAME anymore. But more like a movie. Odd yes i know.

Es bestial el audio y la tensión que da los silencios, como se olle algunos tornillos caerse porque algo los ha movido, o los conductos de ventilación que algo se olle dentro...muy buen sonido la verdad.

Crazy how good the original still looks. 512mb of ram (xbox 360)vs 16gb of ram (Series X). They definitely made it work for what they had back then.The remake looks amazing!

It's impressive how well a smart style can hold up. Side by side, obviously the remake blows the original away in pure graphical fidelity. However, without side by sides, you would know the remake looks better, but it wouldn't necessarily be as clear why. Still, amazing work on the Remake, seeing the side by side is fantastic to witness. The only thing I like better is the suit design for the original. I like that it's a jumpsuit instead of shirt and pants, makes more sense in my head for an outer space miner.

7:55 elevator in dead space 1 is not exactly a loading screen, Yes it doas load the next area however, if u open the 3d map, u can see the elevator physically moving up and down, so no matter how fast u ssd or hard drive is u are actually waiting the Elevator to go down, you pc do the real loading in less than 3 seconds acctualy (tested monitoring read speeds, read speed is used for around just 3 seconds then its stops) also on the funny side, if you use a program to limit you read speed in the elevator area something funny happens, you hear the eleavotr STOP moving, once it reaches the bottom (as u open the map) but the door don't open until it acctualy finish the load, this never happen during normal play as the loading acctualy finish way before the elevator goes down, you are acctualy mostly waiting the elevator to go down isntead of real loading.
it makes sense why they did this cause it would make no sense for elevators to take different times if u take a elevator and it take less time or more time, it no make sense you would think it goes faster or slower so probally thats why they did this, everyone say its a loading screen but its mostly acctualy waiting the animation, the game load way way faster.

Dead Space original is wayyyy ahead of its time and still holding up pretty good till this day just like Crysis 1.

Isaac's breathing in his suit and the sound of his footsteps were way better in the original than the new one
His walking animation was better in the original as well. In the original, Isaac will occasionally look to the left and right when walking forward. It's a cool little detail - showing Isaac's paranoia of his surroundings. But in the remake, he doesn't do this anymore. When walking forward, he stays looking forward and no longer looks around.
Finally a True Next Gen only Experience for PlayStation 5 & Xbox Series X/S as This Game Looks superb, and it’s also got an optional 60fps Performance Mode which is fantastic for those of US who don’t like being limited to 30fps……..
Since this isn’t a typical first person shooter like COD I might actually go for the Native 4K 30fps Ray Tracing Mode instead of the performance simply because this game is more about Environment than anything else !
Its not native 4k. Its 4k upsampled with dynamic res. Also Callisto protocol is cross-gen and doesnot look worse at all.

@@user-qg7oq6qw5c it doesnt look worse but the game design is extremely flawed and limited because of its cross gen nature. I slowly crawled through 100 vents in that game, so tedious. Dead Space remake on the other hand is completely free of that crap, with the entire ship being connected and free to explore

El grito que lanzó al final por su compañera fue sin duda lo mejor de los cambios. En el original la primera vez que Isaac muestra humanidad es cuando se revela la verdad de su novia al final, ahora con el simple hecho que él puede dialogar lo convierte en un personaje más expresivo, y por ende, más humano, cosa que para narrar una buena historia hay que hacer que el espectador (o jugador) empatice con el protagonista.

I like the original mech suit of Isaac than the Remake. In the remake, his suits looks like he's is prepared for battle when the original suit really looks more like a mechanic.

Strange, there is several spots the lighting of the original is superior in terms of art design. I kinda appreciate that you can actually see the enemies a bit better too in the original in poorly lit areas.

Es muy bueno este remake, pero está muy lejos de la perfección.
Hay pocos aspectos que en verdad no me gustan de este juego y uno de ellos es el hecho de que Isaac no tiene animaciónes de movimiento cuando tiene salud baja, ¿Cómo quieren que me crea que Isaac está herido si sus movimientos no concuerdan con su voz quejosa y jadeos? Mínimo una animación cojeando le hubieran metido. Si ya se tomaron la molestia de implementar el sistema que ellos llaman a.l.i.v.e. por qué dejar de lado lo que comento? Incluso pudieron hacer que corriera mas lento estando en salud roja para darle mas tensión al asunto.
@@alfredopadronnanez3804 Es un tema de jugabilidad... Relentizar al personaje es para gustos los colores, si quieres ir más lento ve con el joystick a medio gas 😂 y así te haces tú paranoia. Por otro lado lo del tema de ir cojeando cuando estás herido en una supuesta "realidad" no tendría ni pies ni cabeza ya que el no se va a curar solo por arte de magia en el espacio, te ponen la barra de salud como tú estabilidad anímica, no como tu estado físico... No me imagino el personaje cojeando y de repente con una jeringa se cura la cojera... El tema de salud es más por jugabilidad que por inmersión.

@ es un placer. Mira, yo juego en ps5, un amigo juega en pc, el dice que solo lo sincronizo y listo, era compatible, pero es importante que revises las configuraciones de mando en steam, ya que es ahí donde reconoce el dualsense, activas las funciones del mando, te irá de lujo. Faltan 18 horas para jugarlo.
@@odinprimerpuno3262 muchas gracias. Es que tengo una reserva para mañana de la edición de PC, y quería saber lo del mando por si me decidía por la versión de PS5. Pero dado que es compatible me quedo con la de PC :)

For anybody wondering or saying how great the original still looks compared, yes it was a good looking game for its time. However in this video there are several instances where he has the images and labels flipped backwards. For example, the side by side of the welcome aboard sign he has the remake image with the original tag, amd the original image with the remake tag.

The light in some cutscenes is too soft and smooth, lacking light stimulation and tension. And I prefer the original character image, firm but also with some nervousness. The one in remake is too common.
Aunque netamente haya sido un remake basado en lo gráfico deberían darle una oportunidad porque ahora debería estar mejor "ambientado" (más de lo que ya está) debido a que antes fue muy limitado por temas de gráficos y ahora se notan mejor los detalles que alguna vez quisieron darle.

no es solamente aumento de graficos, ya han dicho que han añadido nuevas zonas y que tiene un final alternativo nuevo, ademas han añadido dialogos a la narrativa por que el protagonista ahora habla
Tiene nuevas zonas y zonas viejas cambiadas, tiene un sistema de encuentro y eventos aleatorios para generar tensión, además de que agregaaron backtraking para que visites zonas que ya exploraste con nuevos caminos.

Dead Space original versus remake ¿cuál elegir? es simple:
* juega el original si quieres sentir la misma experiencia de los jugadores que se emocionaron con el tráiler y lo jugaron en PC o en consola en el 2008 con sus mecánicas originales de juego junto que no necesitarás una PC de altos recursos para correrlo así mismo suele obtener muy buenos descuentos en steam
* juega el remake si eres de los que se acompleja por los gráficos de juegos de hace más de 10 años que a pesar de eso para mí gráficamente no envejeció tan mal el Dead Space original. Y también pues si quieres experimentar las nuevas mecánicas del Dead Space remake muchas cosas son similares o idénticas al original pero muchas otras fueron cambiadas sea para bien o para mal.
