Mine is pretty good! I got the black one for a more sleek look and it feels better than the smooth plastic of the clear one. This controller is perfect for claw grip players. I’m pretty sure the face removal is so you don’t have to take the controller apart if you want to clean all the buildup out of the buttons from cumulative play. I have no problem with this controller (I overlocked) in my grand champion lobbies in Rocket League. 🏎️ If you’re a claw grip main looking for a wireless controller this is a good one.
Can they just make a controller that has the same ergonomics as the xbox 360 controller, better yet the xbox duke controller (but can be shrunk a little so most hands can use em) and the same setup face like the ps4/ps5 with the touch pad in the middle. It being dongle based instead of bluetooth, and giving space for customizable options and for replacement parts would be a dream controller.
I love the look of the white/clear controller sooo much. Idk if I'll still grab it but is the gameplay footage Fallout 4? Ive never played a Fallout game, maybe its time to change that
Honestly having a screen in a controller is just such a dumb gimmick when I've seen controllers without screens being able to do macros just fine like an old PDP afterglow I got like 7 years ago. Just make a good controller and have software like a more self-respecting controller. I love the implementation of RGB and windows for the rumble motors, really wish the Flydigi Apex 4 had something more like that. Really don't like the removable face plates that have been prevalent lately, they all look like it makes cleaning more of a pain than before. The charging cradle is a great inclusion though I think "wireless charging" like that has always been more of a gimmick. It's not one of the best controllers out there but at the very least I can almost respect including features more commonly seen in higher end controllers like the TB stealth ultra or the Flydigi Apex 4 at a much lower price point.
I like the screen if it means another app or program doesn’t need to be downloaded, installed and an account made; that is an unreasonable ask of a user to change something like the RGB lighting.
I'm drawing a blank on the name, but there was a switch/pc controller about a month back that felt as good as the dualsense with maybe a little more peak vibration strength. I will get back to you on the name if you don't find it first just scrolling on the channel.

As someone with 5+ controllers with hall effect joysticks not a single one is drift proof all of them drift at a 0 deadzone and flydigi controllers you can use a 1 deadzone but I'd recommend 2, and most controllers with k-silver joysticks expect 3-5 deadzone.

Meaning one that mouse and keyboard gamers who are used to mice and MX switches would feel most at home using. So many controllers these days seem to advertise Mx switches but from what I’ve seen the quality is pretty hit and miss. I’d be curious to see which controller if any truly compare to a “gamer” tactile keyboard in terms of switch quality. Just an idea.
I wish we could use these controller screens as a touchscreen display for 3DS or Wii U emulation. I have no idea how it would be done, but I can dream.

Biggest con: If you try to remap buttons during gameplay the controller actually controls your device and you will find yourself in menus outside of the game. I think its a good first attempt. Fix the interface problem, slap some mechanical buttons on the next iteration and Manba could have a real winner on their hands for the price.

@@M_CFV Thanks for update... New adapters/updates have been released at this present moment and do work. XE2 Sony & XE3 Xbox, old adapters effectively bricked with two wk notice. Nuisances as some bricks are hit or miss. Posting was 2 months ago to clarify.
I like the screen, more companies should have a screen. I'm bad at remembering button setups because I have so many devices. A regular lcd screen is good enough for me, I don't need an amoled, 1080p, 60fps screen on my controller.
I've had one for a few weeks now and really can't agree with a lot of what you said in regards to build quality. Did Flydigi slip you a twenty or something? 😂
