You need only a pinch of celtic salt..under your tongue before drinking water..you can also cook with it..add to boiling water when cooking pasta..just a little goes a long way.
Ok thank you for the advice 🙏🏻 I’ve literally just bought my first bag of it… I’m hoping it helps with the constant muscle aching I have in my back and neck… 🙏🏻
@@rickhopkinson it has really helped me with staying hydrated..I take a pinch when waking up, put it on your tongue first and then drink your water. I take a pinch again after working out and then after dinner or a couple of hours before going to bed. You just need a little and a bag will last a long time. I also cook with celtic salt.
@@daviddavirgi6889 Right ok 👍 Thank you for the reply and information 🙏🏻 I bought a 500g bag so should last a while… I’m going to have some each day. Also my lungs are recovering from an infection, so I’m thinking of adding some to a bowl of boiling water and adding 1 drop of eucalyptus oil, and inhaling the steam with a towel over my head… I heard salt is good for the lungs so fingers crossed 👍
I put a couple rocks of salt on or under my younger, allow to dissolve, then drink 8-10 oz of water. There is no strict guidelines on this. You can do this a couple times a day.
You only need a tiny little bit..put a celtic salt crystal under your tongue and drink ten to twelve ounces of water. It helps hydrate your cells and is also very good for kidney functions.
When you say it's rich in minerals which minerals are you talking about? It's 85% sodium chloride and just 0.3% magnesium. It's not rich in trace minerals at all. It's all hype

Eat salt but not sugar. Salt works but when sugar is added into the diet, results are not good.
Xylitol, tastes like sugar, but great for oral health

I am reading to take 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp a day. This seems like a lot of salt to take in a day.
@@JoyCollins-s1n you only need a pinch..1or 2 salt crystals..I put it on my tongue and drink water to absorb the celtic salt..
You just put a very tiny amount, just a couple little salt crystals under your tongue and let it dissolve. Then you drink your water

CELTIC SALS FLAKES, but I prefer the CYPRUS Greece Flakes Salt. DO NOT eat Fine Sea Salt, only Sea Salt Flakes.
