    Hey yogis, in this week's video I'm sharing with you a simple bedtime yoga routine you can do to fall asleep fast. This yoga class also includes my all-time favorite breathing exercise to beat insomnia and drift off to sleep.
    I've had issues falling asleep my entire life and the breathing technique practiced at the end has been a life saver!
    This is an all levels practice, great for beginner yogis or people who've never even done yoga before. All you need is 20 minutes and I would encourage you to do this in bed.
    Doing yoga before bed is a great way to get your mind and body relaxed and comfortable, increasing your chances of a good night's sleep.

    I have to do stretching, because I was just diagnosed with restless leg syndrome. I hope this will help. I love your pre exercise stretching and sun salutations. Now that winter is here and I can't walk as much outside, I'm going to rely on kassandra's yoga!!

    I did all of this lying down! I modified a few, banana asana for the side bend and apanasana for seated forward bend, I had to do this because my hubby is asleep next to me. I'm sooo relaxed now, thanks beautiful for this lovely practice 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️🙏🙏💕💕

    I am the worst sleeper,literally don’t fall asleep to at least 2 or 3am every night even though I’m up every day at 6:30-7am.
    I did this for the first time last night and was out like a light within 10 minutes 🙌🏼 insane

    Umm, okay, so THIS WORKED. I don't have insomnia but my bedtime is typically 1-2am. Yesterday after doing this I was asleep by 11:30pm! This was a real lullaby. Thank you, Kassandra!

    This was really good I did feel restless. During a few poses or rather all. 😒💚 I was able to breath more deeply allowing uneasiness to subside which it did even to my surprise. During the day these poses don't trigger that but in evening its a different story why is that. Could it be the beginning of my pre moon cycle. Or ? Thank u again your amazing

    Kassandra, I have been struggling with insomnia for a while now. I really don't want to take sleeping pills with all their side effects. I hope this helps me, you are my last resort! Please if you have any other suggestions or ideas to share that would great. I have tried everything, but nothing has worked!

    I love your videos and am so grateful for your channel. Thank you, Kassandra. My only wish is that when you are facing the camera, you would please not say, "right" when it's the left side for the viewer. It gets confusing for me anyway. Your right is our left and vice-versa.
