I Walked 10,000 Steps EVERY DAY for a Month... Here's What Happened

- For 31 days (because it was October) I walked 10,000 steps every day. October usually sparks many design centered challenges for the full month, but instead of picking up a pen or something crafty I pushed myself to get outside and move.
I hope this challenge helps inspires others to get moving!

She gained a little bit of weight
That means she needs to fix her diet cuz I did the 10k steps and was able to lose at least a few pounds.
