Oddly enough. I hooked up a trickle charger to my stand up last night and the battery was so hot this morning. I hope that I did not fry the wiring. I will have to check tonight.
@@northwoodsdiscovery6962 I’ve got a few different ones. 04 sxr 800 91 650sx. And my current project a 1993 Kawasaki Sc. Lots of videos on my channel check them out if you’d like 😬
@@ToddleyProductions I will right now. I just picked up a 1991 650 sx. I’m 50 and it’s been 15 yrs since I stopped due to having little kids and a blown out shoulder. I feel 21 again.
Hmm yah that is insightful about having a pair of jetskis compared to just one ... Thanks for all the tips. It looks so nice and fun there.
I love having family time. Whether on land or see.
Spare battery saved me a few times.

Good tip.
Anything to save a jetskier time and money is my goal.
Can I use my riding mower battery to replace my jet ski battery?
That might work, but it’s not the exact fit, but if you’re in a pinch, you could use that I wouldn’t do it long-term
Ya I wouldn’t recommend ever doing that. The electrical system cannot handle it
You wouldn’t recommend jumping with a vehicle or another ski?
@@northwoodsdiscovery6962 definitely not a vehicle although I think one of my repair manuals says not to do it at all.
@@ToddleyProductions thanks so much for watching and for your input. What ski do you have.

Could you jump a jet ski off with a riding lawn mower?
I guess so. I think people use the batteries interchangeably for both machines once in a while.
What if you just use the car battery without cranking the car? I’ve had to do that once, and luckily didn’t fry my SeaDoo speedsters computer.
Many people do that but I fried my stand up once without starting the car. So I’m hesitant now.
