Hello I have a 2019 GP1800r I’m running into issues with. I’ve recently replaced the battery, and I’m having a no start issue. Dash lights up when lanyard is in, but no crank. I’m getting a weird buzzing noise from my fuse box. Could I have damaged something with water? I am completely lost. Thanks
Thanks for watching, any update? It may be that your Starter Relay has failed however being a 2019 ski…it shouldn’t fail that soon…🤔…your actual Starter shouldn’t fail that soon either. We would start with inspecting the electrical box and verifying that nothing is wet, rusted, loose, or damaged. If all looks good, we would likely move on to replacing Starter Relay.
Thanks for watching, how old is your battery? Have you replaced starter relay in recent years? It’s possible…however unlikely…that the opposite end battery cables and ground connection are loose on starter.
