Here's, a gist of the video for you folks. Cheers!!
    • Standing - one foot forward showing your inner thigh. Hands : both could be back, or one in pocket and other near waist or thinking position or similar Commanding position.
    • While standing, Face up, Shoulders & back down, chest out.
    • While turning - always turn using the inside leg. Turning left, left leg out first not right and vice versa.
    • Men should use shoulders to present masculinity While walking. Also, have a focal point in distance to seem determined While walking
    • Sitting - starter's position. One hand on thigh and other on face or hip. Same for desk as well.
    • Legs crossed - 4o clock, one over other. Expansive body language. Take extra space.
    • Hands While sitting - steeple Hands. All or some fingers touching others. Higher position near chest, means leading and lower near abdomen, means listening. Ref: American psycho
    • Hand Movements - sweeps, cuts, frames and points. Use them effectively since nearly 50% comm. Is non verbal.

    Haltung beim Gehen:
Verkehrte Sanduhr, mehr Schultern und weniger Hüfte
Lat breit, Kopf hoch, Hals gespannt, Brust raus
Leichtes Schulterschwingen, inneres Bein bestimmt die Richtung
Nicht zu angespannt, lockerer, dominanter Gang
Inneres Bein dominant, Äußeres wirkt unsicher
    Haltung beim Sitzen:
Schmaler Sitz biologisch feminin; Maskuliner Sitz biologisch breiter
    Patrick Bateman (Bale), Andrew Tate

    7% verbal
    Handbewegungen:
Machen mehr als 50% des Eindrucks aus
4 Säulen sind Points, Sweeps, Frames und Cuts
    Points erregen Aufmerksamkeit (Hör zu!)
    Dominant und zurechtweisend
Sweeps verbinden Sätze (Aber ich will mich klar ausdrücken...)
Frames bestehen aus 2 Händen, signalisieren Mengen, Zeitabstände
Cuts verstärken Aussagen und vor allem Fakten

For those who dont understand: people cover their genetals when they're feeling tense or nervous, it's like an automatic response. It's a way our bodies try to protect themselves when things get a bit stressful or nervous situatios. Examples can be crossing leg, cover genitals with hand. This can be a way of decreasing confidence.

Through out my life I ve seen only 2 guys at the other spectrum and it’s magical This type of people never compare themselves to no one They always do what feels natural to them They re not alphas in the real sense nor sigmas or any other type out there They re just perfectly chilled in their own skin and don’t care about these social games or how people see them They attract with kindness and openness

Crossing your arms doesnt say that your protecting your belly for everybody, to me its just a comfortable stance to have my arms rested/relaxed.
Body langauge doesnt always say what we think it does. Most of times its a projection of our feeling at that moment. Why hide who you are??
why all the difficulty on how to act??? Be who your are, feel who you are, it doesnt matter what your stance, walk or projection is.
We're all trying to act the same, be the same, to project what we dont have, confidence. We're not all the same, nor can we be.
Be true to yourselfs, honest and brutally.
Then confidence and peace will follow

Sweet video. Nicely produced for sure, but what really stands out, to me at least, is how your presentation style is perfectly consistent with the confident-yet-approachable masculinity you're teaching to express with body language. I do have some well-intentioned constructive criticism.
Because of it's relevance, there's nothing at all wrong with pointing out the physiological differences in the sexes. But I personally would stop short of adding the "child-bearing" part. It could be uncomfortable for people who are childless or child-free, or those raised around toxic paternalism. Plus, it doesn't really add anything useful in this context. I'd just say something about how broad shoulders signal a man's attractiveness in the same way that women's wider hips do, and let the anthropologists in the audience to work out the why.
    Otherwise, liked, commented, and subscribed.

So with this video I realized my body language transmitted "confllict" or "anger" (not masculine). Now I understand why some people told me they thought I was always mad or I disliked them LOL. I look so insecure it makes people think I'm constantly on the verge of conflict. I'm gonna change it and see how it changes my social life. People rarely approach me, and sometimes when they approach me they are kinda "scared", like if I was some kind of mafia boss. That ain't nice lol, I want to feel like the cool guy, respected but not "feared". I'm not even ugly, I'm just above average and girls I met said I'm indeed very hadnsome, but they didn't expected me to be that funny and stuff lol.

Where I live, "hand movements" are natural. We call them "french hands". We are very descriptive with our speech and often use our hands unconsciously.

I just think (based on my experience) body language just express what's within that's why I think it's something you don't learn but happens naturally depending on how confident and comfortable you feel.

I learnt the string idea from a guy called David Wygant. It's a good idea to keep in your head.
You don't always need to have your shoulders down and back. In my yrs of improving my body language I've found a relaxed chest and shoulders is a good thing. Not slumped, relaxed.
(although I've done the shoulders down and back for a long time that it's an skeletalmuscular second habit for that area 😅)

I used to think men being able to completely cross their legs was gay… but I found recently it just wasn’t possible to do before due to immobility due to heavy bilateral exercises. Now that I can move better with different training. It is kinda like a flex. I will put myself in this compromised position because I know I don’t need to take you seriously.

This so funny and you explain it in a very clear way. I guess I would only do this if in a Job interview or somethimg like that. I dont want to walk into a place and get all the looks, for instance. Why should I need that unless I were a model? Guess Americans and Europeans are different here.
    Very interesting 😊

3:45 this isn't how crossed arms position usually looks like. Forearms line should run below the chest, so that if your physique is good - it exposes it further. Also hand should only rest on your biceps with fingers (shaft starting slightly on the inward arm part) so that it's drawn attention to instead of covered, not wrap it around like taco as if you were freezing. It looks miles more masculine (and admittedly douchy too) than the silly sizing up position.

Why is it so important ? Being a teacher and doing a lot of speeches in front of audience and also being a singer, ......I am just myself. Just be yourself, the rest is .....only show....If your attitude or posiition does not correspond the way you feel, it's not natural.......of course, there are some basic things: do not hold your hand in front of your mouth, while speaking, look in the eyes of people when speaking.....don't bend over, ......

I’m an actual manlet and other men respect me. Even 6’ tall men. In fact, one said he respects me even more for being so confident while being so short. You can do it, dude. We’ve gotta deal with the cards the Lord Jesus Christ has given us. He’s never given us too little, even when it feels like it.

Don't show off, don't boast, always be calm , unshakable, in every situation be indifferent and people will respect you and even will be afraid of you

I must say here, West got left somewhere behind in understanding the truth. I kindly suggest, come to India, spend some time in ancient gurukulam and live spiritual processes. Then you'll never want to be a 'super attractive person in the room'. As much you get the roots of yourself, you will bound to like the solitude and like to be away from the bright spotlight. Btw after that your aura really attracts people and you try to avoid those temporary attraction.
